Zoom care is really handy when you used to be able to make an appointment over the phone Now they keep telling me I must use the app to schedule an appointment Ok fine How do I do that when the app doesn t work heck it won t even download Very dissatisfied with this online only change At least make sure your app functions properly if it s the only way you ll accept patients     Erm Mitchmannn

I love zoomcare and use it when I get sick so I was so happy to see that zoomcare had an app But the app is no where as good as the website when it comes canceling and record keeping It should be a smooth transition from website to app Again love zoomcare and hope they ll fix the app                     It s ok but should be better IAmLifeLoverOfLiberty

The chat feature that I have been forced to use now that I can no longer contact my provider directly does not connect EVER Go back to allowing the providers to communicate with patients directly with out the guardians     Poor app aisoundwerx

I love zoomcare They provide great service and have helped me over the last few months more than any doctor ever That being said I have had to reinstall this app four or five times because it just doesn t work Can t use the chat because it s always busy it won t load the appointment times unless I turn my phone completely off after opening it and killing it or reinstall the app I love your services so please try to fix these issues because otherwise you provide intensely great service             App issues Bellibuttins:)

My experience at zoom was already new and different giving me flexible hour scheduling for doctor appointments But I still had to call in to schedule appointments Now I can just use the app and just tap the doctor s time and location I want to schedule I do wish that the app would let me schedule labs through the app too and link me automatically to any currently scheduled appointments and visits                     Great service now in the app amp5208
