I have to work regularly with non programmer clients viewing an xml export that can be pretty hard to read in a text editor This is a perfect solution for them My only request is that the developer makes Search work Then I would give it 5 stars But for 99 it s pretty hard to complain Thanks Michael                 For certain kinds of tasks this is a perfect viewer Psaal

I just wanted to quickly look at some XML files in a tree format like Xcode does with property lists and this app does it well A couple of suggestions for the developer I don t see the need to click on the disclosure triangle of an element in order to get the text entry which allows you to edit the element why not do it in line on the line right above it the greyed out line It seems wasteful not to mention that it s bothersome to click a disclosure triangle only to see text revealed As others have mentioned the search does not seem to do anything like it s not working at all Otherwise I got what I wanted a quick and tree formated display of my XML files Thank you                 Simple viewer which is what I wanted wagill

While it opens and allows basic editing right click on nodes the search feature does not work When working in small XML docs it s fine but larger data sets makes it unusable Finding an element deep within a complex document is not easy without a search function         Basic broken functionality D132

This program is darned near unusable Evenutally I figured out how to use it you have to right click on the elements to do almost anything though there are a few random inconsistent keyboard shortcuts This is a textbook awful interface and unless it is made intuitive and usable I would not recommend this program for any reason Stick to a real text editor and be happy     Interface is just not complete peaceonearth11
