Uggggh Bring back the old WYFF APP
The new app only works in portrait which is a real bummer as I try to check it in the morning on my iPad at breakfast Also I just dont seem to be finding things like I did on the old app Please at least make it work in landscape as well Disappointed
This new website is not user friendly and it really is not worth the time to try to deal with it The old one was easy to use Go back to that one Get your money back on this stinky one Bad news website
I must say that of all of the application upgrades that WYFF has distributed the current version is the worst bar none Ive spent my career as a professional computer programmer and the user interface is the poorest design I have ever seen Please consider a complete redesign or expect to have viewers migrate to other news outlets A better interface redesign would be so easy to implement App Upgrade
Switching to Fox Nothing works Terrible

This app has gone from what would have been a 4 star to a 1 Its all ads now and when you click on a news report its ads within the reports If I could go back to the older version I would What Upgrade
Terrible idea to insert all the ads and have ads before the videos The local and national stories are all mixed up and I cant navigate this app as well as the old one Would rather pay for the app and eliminate all the adshow many times must we read Oprahs story or be asked if we want a date Upgrade not a plus

I really do NOT like this upgraded version of the app I hate that you have to scroll through the app to see all the stories It was much better before when I could see all the stories on the main screen and click on only those that I wanted to read I do not know why the upgrade is supposed to be better and have not found anything that I like better in this version Please undo this

The new update is terrible I read the WYFF with my Ipad in the horizontal view Now with the new at you cant do this The old app was great When you clicked on that first new story it took you to a screen that not only had that story but a list of available stories beside the article The new app is just clunky and not at all better Horrible
This use to be a pretty good ap until the update I get making on commercials but multiple on every page and a commercial on every video it pathetic Terrible app dont download The app full of ads and commercials

It is very annoying to get an alert that says I can view details in the app but when I go to the app the headline isnt even there I would also like to have a way to customize what types of alerts I receive I really didnt need to be alerted that the new princess had been named or that the Panthers schedule had been released New version is a big disappointment
While I understand to an extent about you putting ads in your app money however I do not like it and would rather have an option to pay for the app and opt out of ads getting ads at the bottom asking if I want a date is not a family friendly option either Getting an ad asking if I want a date and giving the option to show pics does not look very G rated Not only that but if someone is looking over your shoulder they could easily get the wrong idea of what kind of app you are looking at with ads like that it happened Unless you clean up the ads I will no longer utilize your app and neither will my family Give us an option to make ads more appropriate Ad issues
I think the new app is very disappointing There are entirely too many advertisements And no entertainment section I will probably stop using this news app and use channel 7s Review
Do not like the in my face ads I couldnt find the weather I like the content but I have trouble finding things Wheres the weather
EVERY time I want to watch a video there is the same 30 second ad video playing first no matter how long or short the video is of the news story It is irritating to say the least and has made me change to a different app as my goto app for news Also for some reason the app only opens in portrait view which means I can no longer set my tablet up and scroll thru the news while eating breakfast Look good but
The app will not change orientation It did before upgrade needs to change position
Because of young and tender ears in my house I am unable to watch the news like I used to But I can use the app to watch live and I love the news to go Great app
Navigation is terrible When I go to first local news story and click next story it goes to a national story or stupid video To get to next local have to go back to main menu Also know ads are necessary no free lunch but ads are too pervasive Bring back the old

So disappointed and frustrated with the new app It is not intuitive at all and does not readily differentiate between new stories and old The previous version was slow but very intuitive and easy to skim for info Like it was designed to keep you uninformed

Liked the previous version more news was more organized more me Also the new version apparently doesnt have landscape mode which is annoying and sometimes frustrating for reading with an AirPad 2 WYFF

I used to enjoy the WYFF app But now I just get annoyed by all the added clutter and extra ads I hardly open this app anymore and when I do I can only stand to be in it for a minute or two Then I get frustrated and close out Ill find my news another way Cluttered

I have been a follower of News 4 for over 40 years I have had the app since I got a phone with a screen You have gone backwards with this update Hard to find stories and too many ads If you find a story you have to skip over ads to complete You then run into another story you didnt even select I find it easier to leave 4 and got to Fix or USA Today a lot of times Needs to be changed back Concerned user

Frankly the change makes it more difficult to quickly scan the news First you have to go through all the videos then way too much duplication of stories Not such a good change

Too many long ads Every video starts with a full TV ad If you want to replay the video you have to watch another ad Breaking news may or may not show up in the app I recommend using the other local stations apps for quicker and concise news Worst app of all local news apps
