I use many different softwares so I get picky when the app should know what I want The wound documentation is bullet proof I can follow the logic like it is right out of a textbook I don t use a keyboard which did give me some problems Careful when you finish filling out your account info on Woundright I got done filling out my info it brought up Alma the demo patient and couldn t get anywhere I got mad and closed out That s when I found the app on my screen THEN I realized I had been on the their server to fill out info Once I opened the app everything got easy When I was filling out a New Plan of Treatment and needed to input the physician name the onscreen keyboard blocks me from seeing what I typed You cant scroll the background up to see above the keyboard Loved all the well placed comment blocks I tried my voice recognition and it does work Some of the terminology I use gets garbled and has to be edited but I would think with time Apple will come up with a medical terminology upgrade Really liked the input methods NO TYPING Just slide a button on the bar Screwed up once and this my only real complaint I went to take a picture to put in my documentation They have a great consent method The patient signs off right on the screen But then I went to take the picture and couldn t find the right button I tried the button to my iPad and it shut the app off Had to go through all the sign in to get back on MAKE A BUTTON But when you do take the picture it s automatically embedded in the document COOL Graphics are out of this world nice and make charting a breeze It s not for smartphones but you can see why it would make it harder to use I have only used the wound and that s my area so ill look for others to review the ostomy and continence This is the future for my documentation and the prices for the number of active patients I usually see is very reasonable 5 x 5 stars in my book                     WoundRight Woundmanred
This app is truly an exceptional wound ostomy and continence care planning and documentation program The data flow for assessment and treatment is efficient and I do not have to waste time searching for previous visit charting It covers all aspects of wound and ostomy care treatments and follow ups including cataloging photographs nicely Unfortunately WoundRight is far more thorough than the wound care section of our hospital s electronic records which is grossly inadequate I wish my hospital would be willing to hook up with it It s still worth printing reports off and then scanning the reports into our hospital electronic medical record It would be way more efficient if there was a direct link or inter connection to our hospital medical record so that we wouldn t have to print and scan But again thats the only bang against it                     A mobile wound care documentation app that works DnineGLP
Simple clean logical and when I put in a test patient to see what it would look like when I was done I was really happy The app has interesting flow It makes documenting a snap Also I haven t ever had such an easy way to look at a bladder diary I wasn t sure how to use it so I went to the video tutorials on their website Not bad not great something about a man telling me how to do my job maybe                     Wow A bowel and bladder diary JEDespain
10 out of 10 for the wound part 9 5 out of 10 for the ostomy 7 out of 10 for the continence but the diary was cool Overall Easy to learn Graphics great Disagree with some of the terminology they chose but in some circles its probably right                 Just Saying Danny B Lee
I was happily surprised at how easy this product is the use The graphics are outstanding and the flow of the app really insures the correct documentation is filled out for a wound I can see that I ll save a considerable amount of time per patient visit giving me more time to have face to face time with my patients It s nice to see a functional easy wound ostomy and continence documentation app that works I ve been waiting for this                     WoundRight makes me happy macaddict3445
Very nice app Subtly it does a lot more than it initially seems For example at first I thought someone forgot you had to have all the definitions right there when you use the Braden Scale It looked like they had abbreviated everything instead Then I saw that little i in the box You hit the i and the full definition comes right up It was a nice way to make things easier to read for me Really taking it for a test drive and it works very nicely                     WoundRight is nice I can t believe the Braden Scale Casey3030
