This version has about 8 plants most are real basic if you want more theay want you to download the other app for I believe 5 the way the free version is I d be verey nervous to try the pairs one deleating now     Not worth downloading missourie guy

I have been on several tours with Wildman Steve and he is great This app has helped me review the knowledge that Inhave learned as well as learning some new species of plants although I usually prefer to wait until I take another class before eating just in case Steve says he best way to identify a plant is by both a drawing since they include the most pertinent identifying features and an actual picture and this app has both                     Very helpful NotoriousNat

I have the Lite version and I ve found it to contain a wealth of information From the multiple images and detailed descriptions recipes and glossary to the highlighted red indicator of dangerous poisonous lookalikes this app has it all I live in Colorado and though some entries may be geared toward plants that grow more easterly than here it did help us identify garlic mustard growing in our area something we didn t think had made it all the way to our location This app doesn t replace quality field ID books but it s a fantastic supplement that goes a step further by offering uses and recipes for your properly identified finds                 A lot of information Mocha1coop

I joined one of Steve s tour in Central Park Steve truly impressed us with his knowledge and enthusiasm on wild plants I dropped down plenty of notes and took numerous pictures for future reference so when I was notified that he introduced this application I downloaded it right away it helps to identify plants when Steve is not around and these are beautiful high resolution pictures with detailed explanations a joy to browse                     Great Application AwesomeChineseGirl

This app is an awesome source for beginning foragers The information is comprehensive written in a clear and enjoyable way There are several very helpful pictures accompanying each entry and even information on taste and cooking tips Poisonous look a likes and poisonous parts are very clearly indicated I love this app and will soon be purchasing the full version as this has saved me much more than 7 99 in groceries already                     Extremely useful Trashmommy

I m also using the full version and just wanted to comment on epazote which I Have eaten and it is nothing like lambs quarters Since epazote is poisonous Wildman is responsible enough to include this info in his app                     Great way to get started mjgrd

I have been on many of Steve Brills tours he is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in depth All if the information in the app is presented in an easy to comprehend manner I am deffinitely going to buy the full app                     Top notch app Lasaaasfsgg

My only issue is that the Lamb s Quarters entry says it has poisonous look alikes but then it only lists Epasote on that page Epasote isn t poisonous which is also evidenced by the entry itself So um what Other than that it s a good app but it makes me wonder what else is wrong and doesn t inspire me to go pay for the full version             It s alright Serendipity42

This app is easy to use well designed and contains tons of information Each plant featured has tons of info about where how and when to forage for and several photos that make it easy to identify It even comes with some basic cooking information Steve Brill really knows what he s talking about with edible wild plants and I really trust his information to be accurate and safe This version only features a few plants the full version is much more robust                     wow lot s of info here pamplemousse24

I got this lite version just to try it out and I love it The images are beautiful and as always with The Wildman the information is in depth and thorough I m not sure what these other reviewers are talking about its working fine for me on my iphone no crashes so far Definitely going to get the full one next                     Beautiful Pictures Lobster101
