I loved using this app as it s quick and convenient but since the iOS update I can t even get it to open just get a message stating an error has occurred Please fix this as I ve used this app for well over three years without issue and now can t use it Won t open Lizzeh G.

I like this app for looking at my balance and transferring funds however I would love this app if it had Touch ID All my other banking apps have Touch ID and it makes it simpler to sign in to view account info Needs Touch ID ShaunashereeâĽď¸

I downloaded this app for two basic purposes One to check my balance and two to locate the nearest no fee atm machine The ATM locator feature does nothing at all opens a generic map picture and freezes there There is no icon listed for this app anywhere in my settings either for cellular data or location notifications Pretty basic app nothing like all my other online banking apps Better to access your account from a full website Fair coalpilot

I have had this app for 2 years now and the 1 star ratings are easily fixed through US Bank itself I have never had problems my bank account is accurately displayed and the alerts for spending and deposits are nearly instant It s a great app None of the bad reviews are correct Sunscour

I made a simple mistake when I entered my account number for a transfer in AUGUST 2016 and this company STILL can t figure out how to fix it They transferred my money into the wrong account and it seems like I may never get it back This apps features barely work just for balance checks as of today it won t let me log in because of some technical problem I wouldn t use it for anything and now I just withdraw ALL the cash and deposit it into my regular account They make money from every credit card transaction so they should come up with an ethical and responsible way to deal with technology issues and ACH reversals Don t trust them DO NOT USE TRANSFER FEATURE Dfwhhr

The is the second app for reliacard I have reviewed Just like the other this one is broken Just keeps on telling me my password andor user name is wrong Its not Again the customer service is totally clueless and treats you like youre the idiot For us bank to put something out this crappy is astonishing This is why I bank with a local community bank for my normal us theyre app is updated and works very very well and theyre customer service is impeccable Us bank you have missed the mark on all areas Its forcing me to give a star

I personally like the look and ease of use of the new app once logged in I hate that you have to enter your whole username and password EVERY TIME I feel once youve entered your info and selected Remember this device then you should be allowed to enter your card pin Its very inconvenient when youre on the go and need a quick balance check Needs revising
