This app is so bad it makes me want to return the whole unit Seriously this is one of the worse apps It needs a lot of work Unable to even set the camera settings with it     REALLY Bad App pegaboo

This app doesn t work with the iPhone X I upgraded from a 7 plus and I essentially have no use for the dash camera anymore since the main reason I bought it was to view videos on my phone Very disappointed     iPhone X ColtonTip

I Will update review once CLOUD is enable Camera should be able to stay connected to a network at all times Including parking mode As of now all features are disable once parking mode activates Useless if something happens to the car in parking mode since there is not a way for the camera to send a notification due to not network connection Camera will disconnect from app every time it goes into parking mode What s the point on the cloud if this happens Please update and make so that it is always connected to Internet via hotspot even in parking mode Last request is for the app to be able to connect to the camera via proxy or cloud when the camera is connected via hotspot or home WiFi router car internet If the camera is connected on my portable internet I am unable to connect to the camera with my phone due to the camera being connected to that internet connection Therefore I can t use cloud features even when the camera is on and connected to the internet from my car Besides that the app works great and connects perfectly to my iPhone X 4 stars until cloud features are enable                 THINKWARE Cloud Edwin8484

So many errors with iPhone 8 I can only change settings but they keep changing live view takes forever viewing videos closes the app and connecting via wifi or hotspot is a hassle Amazing camera though but please fix the app         Please update AK1763

This is a 750 camera system and the app is just crap Constantly disconnected from camera before this update and now after the latest update the app keeps crashing and won t even work I ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling reformatting the camera and disconnecting the power nothing works I m on an iPhone 7 Plus with the latest updates SERIOUSLY FIX THIS BROKEN APP     Great Camera Awful App Lliam Neeson

I can change settings of the camera but I cannot stream live video from it I am using iPhone X I tried installing this application on my LG v20 and all the function works fine Either Thinkware or Apple should fix something on their software I bought this expensive dashboard camera and phone but they are not working as expected         Video Streaming Not Working Dwenson

Everything was working fine as described on the manual but after updating my iPhone 8 plus to the latest software the IOS 11 2 the mobile viewer does NOT show the Live View It shows a circle going around forever and doesn t show the live view I even shut off the app and tried several times with the same result NO LIVE VIEW Also another problem is that I tried to watch on my phone the videos recorded on the micro sd card but and the mobile viewer shows a small circle for 2 seconds and then it shuts off the App so I have to go back and open the app againg and after conecting to the wifi again I tried to do the same thing I wanted to see the recorded vidoes so I tried a different folder and it does the same thing on every folder it shuts the App off It does record because I took the micro sd card to the PC and I was able to watch them fine on the PC but NOT on the mobile Viewer I thought that it was the camera wifi that was having problems so I went to Best Buy and returned it for a brand new F800 After updating the camera software I make sure that I had the latest version of the app so I re installed the app from the App Store and the New Thinkware F800 did the same exact thing that I described above so I got to the conclusion that this is a compatibility issue that needs to be fixed as soon as possible There are a LOT of options for dash cameras and customers like me are going to be forced to return a product that doesn t work properly and that we are paying a premium price for it Hope you guys take care of this issue asap I will wait for your response Thank you     Not working how it should rhx500

Lots and lots of bugs Can t even turn live view to rear camera it just freezes Also when I watch a recording I can t jump to next one because that also makes the app freeze Now that makes you think is this dash cam really worth 400     Unreliable TheACN

Just received my F800 Pro Had the software working in less than five minutes The iPhone App is easy to use Very easy to view change system settings Video quality is flawless Had an email question to Customer Support that was answered almost right away Great experience awesome product glad I did it                     Works Great Inobar
