Why the heck did I updated the stupid app Lost the ability to connect to partners by clicking now you have to input the stupid ID when it is already in your partners info I cant even copy and paste the stupid ID Why why why     Why why why

We need arrow keys     Arrow Keys

and sometime unresponsive to the double click Please fix or revert to the prior version     Latest update is significantly slower

I have tried all the remote support solutions out there and let me tell you this one is the best by far Perfect for homepersonal use and even business although not free The iPhone and iPad apps really make this an ideal solution to connect to any machine from any device                 Quite simply THE BEST

The newest update has caused the top edge of my screens to be cut off and occasionally Im stuck with just an unresponsive keyboard icon on the bottom of the screen I love the app but am unable to use it until it is fixed              Update caused issue on iPhone 6s Plus

The app clicking and touchscreen is unresponsive since delivery of my New IPhone 6S plus The app signs on to the partner computer but doesnt allow you to click anything nor even click the keyboard pop up button The app is completely useless on the new iPhone for remote control Please update asap so I can switch back to 5 star rating           iPhone 6S Plus and 6S Huge Glitch with current app

This update fixed everything It cleaned up the interface sped up the app and fixed the crashing Way to go programmers I cant say thank you enough                 Wow what an update

Overall a decent app I use it weekly to dial into one computer which controls my home automation software though i dial into my NAS far easier to gain access to files Speed is good and no crashes so far in the years i have been using this The biggest issue is the login on my iPad it does not save any user id or even offer a option to save and auto login Instead you have to remember your user and password every time This same app on my S6edge saves the user at least        Major flaw but ok otherwise

Cant copy text from iOS Notes app and paste it into a Command Prompt window on a remote 2008 server You need to fix this ASAP please Also needs a Search capability on the Computers list screen You ever try to scroll through over a hundred computers to try and find the right one Yeah add a search feature just like the desktop version has     CopyPaste Defect No Search

I use this app to remotely control my screen on my iPhone 6 Plus and my iPad It is seamless and not as jolty as other ones out there I like how I can use this as my PowerPoint controller as well It provides for a less teacher centric environment I have also shown teachers at my school how to use this for their teaching and what little techniques they can use with it Its a useful tool for what I do                 Great for education

Just got the iPhone 6s Plus and the app works but the tapping when connected to a computer does kit work well and the on screen keyboard will not open but I can reposition it on the iPhone screen Without a keyboard to pop up it makes it hard to support the end user        iPhone 6s Plus

The latest version broke smooth scrolling while teamviewing into another computer Screen shifts position after lifting finger then shifts back when staring new scroll Please fix     Scroll broken on iPhone 6 plus

Unable to select the toolbar so unable to type disconnect etc Also only accepts double taps not single     Doesnt work properly on 6S

This app is one of the best app ever createdRuns very smooth and it runs very fast                 Use it everyday

On my iphone 6 to my Mac pressing the space bar places the letter A instead of giving me an actual space Completely unusable at this point extremely disappointed it hasnt been fixed yet     DONT UPDATE Space bar puts letter A instead of space

Not a reviewer guy but taking away directional arrows has made app unusable for me I work in telecom and used recommend this app to many people Should be 5 stars Please fix dev team        Give back directional arrows please

When using an iPhone 6 plus and connecting to an iMac pushing the space bar types the letter A Using the same phone and connecting to a PC it works fine and connecting from PC to same iMac works fine The iPhone 6 worked fine prior to the most recent update     Space bar types letter A

So well I cannot find it to log in Pressing CTRL alt and del on the top bar does nothing Bring back the send cad feature     You hid CTRL ALT DEL really well

I dont understand why the iPhone client lost the chat ability Its a great program and I use my phone to help mom and pops fix their computer box at home Would be 5 if I could send messages           Only 3 stars for no chat ability

When I Try To Login It Wont Let Me I Tried It Says The Password Or User Name Is Wrong I Put It In Right I Cant Register Cause It say The Email Is Aready In Use           Login

Suddenly I can no longer login with the iOS app After entering my correct credentials The app throws the error that my account needs to be upgraded With no clue as to how to do that What does that even mean        Account upgrade needed

Love your product Have an enhancement suggestion the new keyboard on the mobile app is nice but it would be great if you could move the buttons around and customize the layout and also if you could create your own hotkey shortcut key combinations such as CtrlEnd to scroll to the bottom of a page I use this and CtrlHome a lot to scroll to the top and to the bottom and it takes time to select Ctrl then swipe to find HomeEnd So moving the position of buttons frequently used would be helpful and so would having the ability to create a CtrlHome shortcut key Thanks                 Excellent
