I have the swan digiview app version 1 04 However it is not able to be viewed on anything since 2014 I actually have the app on an old phone but it will not work on IPhone 7 or later Does this mean that I have to buy a whole new security system How difficult is it to upgrade your app do that your existing customers can remotely view their home or business The cams digicam 1 and miniature DVR work well It s the app that needs to be updated Please update or provide decent troubleshooting so the system can correlate with this outdated app             This developer needs to upgrade this app Cannella67

After waiting on the phone two separate times for 1 hr each I was disconnected They were trying to connect me to a second level tech and I wAited forever then was disconnected I have only had this system for one year I have four cameras and a monitor and an app on my iPhone I updated my iPhone to iOs11 recently and now I can no longer use the swandigiview system I get an error message saying the system needs to be updated The developer of this app needs to update it to work with my phone Their website acknowledges that this is a problem and they said an update will be available in October Of course they never said October of what year It is now November 2017 And I am told that there is no solution yet to the problem That is why I contacted them twice and the only option they could give me was an alternate company app called P2PCAMLIVE The app is horrible and has very very bad reviews I am only able to download one of my cameras onto it and when I try to add more it says the camera is off It is not off I do not recommend anyone using this system or this company I will certainly never use it again     Horrible company to deal with furious with Swamm

Swann DigiView works well I been on vacations in different states and was able to view my house in side and out alerts works well very sensitive only problem is it s time for an update of that particular app I love my system I would give 5 stars if I could get that up date for the new iOS 11 had system for 4yrs can anything let us know when will there be an update please             EBCILL Clla44

This system and app are worthless Every time they update my system it resets all my setting for my cameras Then when it comes time to try to view an event I have to jump through so many hoops it s crazy When I do get the event to play back on my phone I can t save it to my phone to send to the police Are you kidding me Also there is no way to just plug the unit in to my computer to save the event that way to send to the police from my computer so what is the point of this system if I can t transfer any of my saved files to the cops when that time comes I will never buy Swann again and now that I have had this unit I can t return it cause it has been too long cause I am just now thank god have had an issue I need to try to send to the police DONT BUY SWANN     DON T BUY SWANN Bodie ray

Worked ok for first couple weeks Had some issues connecting with the app after awhile but tweaking some network settings helped for awhile now I only get a black screen on my iPhone when I try to review recorded events remotely I can see live events fine the recorded ones are all blank Alerts are hit and miss too all of a sudden         Please update or fix app melonyc

When I first downloaded this app it worked great Unfortunately that didn t last This app is always either buffering or offline I have rebooted my security system re formatted the memory card checked the ethernet connection and uninstalled and re installed this app SEVERAL times but still have the same problems The concept of being able to see my home on my iphone while I m away is great if it worked but it doesn t The app doesn t list any recorded events AT ALL I am sooo disappointed because I paid a good chunk of change for this security system and was sold on the fact that there was an app available where I could keep an eye on my home while away Too bad it s unreliable Very frustrating I m extremely irritated with this app     Unreliable Whack Jack
