I keep getting the same message whenever I try to sign in This has been happening since I changed my phone to Iphone X Please update the app to be compatible with the latest version of ios iphone Also the app signs out every once in a while and it s not practical at all since i always open the app at the cashier so it s frustrating to sign in again and I end up not using it Thanks             Something has gone wrong Halahbs

I had this app for year now It had logged out of my account and it is not letting me sign in again nor its letting me sign up with a new account it says theres an error try again later I figured i might have forgotten my password and I click the forget password And type in my email so i could recieve an email to reset my password and no email are sent to me to reset my password Fix your app people     Not signing in Fanq259

I ve been using the app for over a year The in app experience is actually great and the idea of mobile order is very convenient But the engineering team failed some most basic hygiene functions of an app so bad that I have decided to delete the app today and not go to a Starbucks as long as there is an alternative within 5 blocks I live in Manhattan so it basically applies to the whole city I can t reload my account unless I go to a store It has been going on for a few weeks and the store staff told me they ve heard this issue many times I reinstalled the app and can no longer sign in with my user name and password I pressed forgot password and no email came from Starbucks within an hour I then decided to sign up with a different email address and the default address somehow was set to Kuwait and didn t let me enter an US phone number You are asking a customer to jump through all the loops to figure out how to use this product At some point enough is enough It s borderline offensive to be so disrespectful of your customer s time I decided not to reward a business like this with my further purchase Huge disappointment Can t believe a big company like Starbucks would make such basic mistakes     Hugely disappointing app High castle

Basically what Starbucks Kuwait does is taking your money and putting them in their account Also if they want to advertise for a new losing product they use this app for that purpose This isn t a rewards program they are too cheap to take this step         Not a rewards program they take your money and advertise to you Anti-Spamers

Adding apple watch support is essential it shouldn t take that long to add a simple feature             Apple Watch support Ali Waheedi

The app signs out automatically which is frustrating specially when you want to pay fast while in the store As someone also explained the app is not optimized for iPhone 6 plus screen which is really not professional A known company like Starbucks should have a better app The app also throws some error messages randomly and it asks us to try again later We shouldn t be using a separate app we should be able to download the original Starbucks app and can add our Starbucks cards to that app Making a new app for each country is really hindering and creating unnecessary complications     Buggy Rock.Bottom
