Really excited for this app and think its a great start from Square Being able to manage my salon on the go is a game changer Havent had any issues with the app Fantastic App for Managing my Salon

I know this probably is good for some people but if you are in the fitness industry and want to do this for any type of small group or class its impossible Im sure it works great for one on one Also it didnt allow you to put in events without designating a client and that doesnt really work if you want THE CLIENT to sign up for something Idk if someone else has the app if they can link to I didnt explore that far but it seems limited for my use But otherwise is another solid app from Square Not for my profession

Must say so far Ive been very impressed with ALL of Squares business tools This appointment app has made my job of owning running my small business so much easier Im even able to process payments from my calendar through this app Definitely enables me to focus on the service I provide with much ease Impressive

Downloaded this app for work and cant sign in I keep getting an error message I have the square register app an have no problems with that How can I get this to work Im using an iPhone 6s Plus with the current iOS update and nothing Any help would be appreciated Thanks Help

I was tired of always having to open the site and log in just to change something on my calendar and then my google calendar wasnt syncing up properly so there was no easy way to book my appointmentsuntil now Finally

I was excited to see the app come out I downloaded the app and signed in All clients are there but none of my schedule appointments are showing up Seems what you do on desktop doesnt sync I could be missing it but its not working So for now I will rate low Appointments made on desktop not showing up

Im so excited that theres an appointment app now and although it connects to the register it doesnt actually check the person out They need to work on the completion of the checkout system There should be a line through the persons name on the calendar after a checkout and payment is complete Theres still some glitches to be worked out Im sure they will get there They usually do And I agree The app needs to be iPad friendly too Square review

Its so nice to be able to manage all my appointments and clients on my phone Its easy to use and I love that it works with Square Register too Beautiful and easy

Easy to use but makes your job complicated Its way to basic and glitches too often Ive missed clients because their appointment didnt show up on my schedule on the app but once I got to work they were on our computer So not very reliable So there is no point to having the app because now I cant trust it Dont download

We run multiple locations and have been waiting for this app We would like to see this as an iPad app so it can be used with Square Stands but alas we are a ways from there The app talks about checking your client out but you have to reenter all of the transaction information in register This is not a fully flushed out app yet though we would love to see where it goes For now I would not recommend it and hope that the iPad app and full square register integrate happens soon Slick App not integrated with Square

Great idea just doesnt work well to start of it wont let me import my contacts Ive read other things dont work as well I just stopped trying after the first error Lets hope they can fix it Needs improvements

So far everything works great My biggest suggestion is to please please offer a processing time option or gap option and not just a blocked transition time option so that clients see more appointment options iedouble booking This is HUGE for stylists Also allow the app to let the stylist modify an online appointment request before accepting it and also give clients an option to have their credit card info saved for easier and faster online booking Please please This app has a lot of potential Pretty good but needs improvement

Why is this not available for ipad Seems like an oversight when a majority of people are using square stand Not available for iPad

Not sure if its my devises or what but it took forever to process user name and password on my phone and wouldnt work at all on my iPad The most annoying thing is that you cant see and other employee schedules These not many options to chose from when navigating so Im pretty sure Im not missing something Probably the only good thing about the app is its simplicity Its fairly easy to figure out and use unless you someone other than the main account it would seem Needs improvement

I have used Square Appointments every single day for the past 56 months Not happy with the app for two reasons 1 There is not a location or address in the app I go to 34 clients homes a day I have to get the address to where I am going from the desktop and put it in Staff Notes myself It should automatically be on the app 2 It does not input all the past clients from the desktop version into the app So I have to type in all the clients information again even though its saved on the desktop version Business Owner

Must be able to bookview appointments for more than one Stylistperson This is key for any business offering services with more than one employee which most have several employees Otherwise this app with great potential is currently useless Please listen to your audience and make necessary changes ASAP Thx Small Business Owner

1 Appointment App for staff only It will be great to allow or provide business owner a personalize app for clients so clients could schedule their own appointment from their mobile devices Suggestions For improvement

So far so good yes as time goes by I expect it to only get better but for my skin care business is working great they have to come up with an iPad app But I believe in square 100 and so far they havent let me down I trust thats only going to get better from this point forward Owner

Unable to create new client while creating an appointment after multiple attempts It would be nice if the payment could be made before the actual appointment to avoid no shows Needs improvement

So excited about this app It makes booking appointments with my clients so much easier and I love that I can manage my appointments effortlessly now with this app Love the push notifications also Thank you Square Finally

I would love to give this 5 stars but there are definetly some glitches to work out Most importantly sending the correct time zone for the reminder texts And its taken three days and an ugly reminder email to get customer service to reply And the reply didnt fix anything Ive had clients confused thinking that I changed their appt times because of this If my first appt of the day hadnt caught the mistake all of my clients would be showing up two hours early Ive got other suggestions but thats my biggest complaint right now Hopefully this gets fixed because Im really excited about this service and my clients are loving it too Needs to work out some bugs

Just tried this app and so far its a no go Booked a few appointments including myself It sends a confirmation and reminder text for the wrong time So clients are calling saying my appointment is at X time not XX time but when you check calendar it is the correct time Deleted App waste of time Davids
