Splash Math - 3rd grade comprehensive math workbook

My daughter is using this app for 20 min per day to review core math skills Im happy to find an app aligned to common core that combine fun games with core skill reinforcement So far no glitches or issues I recommend it We are also using the same app 5th grade version for my son to reinforce Multiplication and division basics                 Solid app for kids math

My daughter had been working her way through the 16 content areas in this app It was recently updated and now those 16 content areas are down to 9 Along with her progress in the deleted areas Moreover I am now invited to pay more and this app was not cheap to begin with for access to an expanded library of content My advice Do not buy this app It is a shadow of its former self at a greater cost        Old version was better

My daughter has a day a week at school when they could bring in their devices They pair up and pick apps to play and everyone wants to be her parter because of this app It is fun and educational This is a must have                 My Daughter and her Classmates love this App

My son likes this app and enjoys playing it He plays it sometimes without asking which I love He gets into it and plays longer than I expect It helps reinforce his school work                 Son likes it

My daughter loves the rewards I love that it is available both on our mobile devices and on the desktop I especially like how she can sign in from any computer and access it              Like it

Good review for math skills I wish there was a way that you could skip the easier problems if your child has already mastered the basics of that skill My boys enjoy the aquarium and being able to interact with the animals              Good review for math skills

Highly recommend Also if price is what ur looking at it is sooo worth every penny It covers soooo many categories Unlike other apps my kids will say I cover everything and beat it all They wont get bored I have a 7 year old and 8 year old boys and the 8 year old hates math The app makes it fun for him to practice And I love how they also email u results on both kids What they practiced what they need practice on what they did well on down to how many was right out of how many they did And the percentage of what was cover It even has a scrap paper u can pull up that comes in handy                 Great App

This math version from Splash has been a great asset for students of several ages and abilities It breaks skills down into manageable parts aids in teaching to accomplishment and provides it all in a very fun way The student is able to receive immediate feedback from the online bubble that rises with each correct answer Parents can also be sent feedback on how their child performs on a regular schedule Its a great way to keep a record of the students performance throughout math I give it a big thumbs up                 Great teaching tool for many grades

This a great app to supplement my daughters math education She has difficulty in figuring out abstract concepts but this app makes math understandable yet fun for her I am a certified secondary math teacher and highly recommend this app for elementary age students who struggle in math One can pick and choose a certain topic in math and do as much or as little needed to reach the desirable understanding Although some kids can figure out math concepts through repetition I highly recommend prior instruction and some supervision for struggling kids to achieve the best results              Splash Math

I had my kids doing this instead of kumon Now that theyve dumbed it down with this latest Version Im going to have to go back to kumon     This version is garbage Save your money

After i made the last updates the application dont open And my son has his exam after tomorrow I cant believe it     Its not working

Horrible and expensive first it costs 999 then you can only do 20 problems a day without paying another at least 999 but you can get a better one for 1200 so DONT GET IT get some other game     This is a bad game dont get it

Dear Splash Math and Potential Customers Its been a long time since Ive encountered a bait and switch operation and Ive just stumbled into one with this application As a mathematics teacher I was pleased that this application offered my daughter a years worth of curriculum practice However after updating recently I found that nearly half of the curriculum has been taken away and Im offered the opportunity to purchase the full library Really Also before I was able to mix content and ensure my daughter continually practiced previously master curriculum The only change that is a positive is that my daughter can earn coins to buy virtual fish Shes really in to that My next step is to figure out how to get my money back This may currently be worth the 10 I paid but I hate being swindled so Im getting my money back Sincerely Mr Baited     Bait and Switch

This app was greatuntil the update Love the new look but what happened to all the topic breakdowns There used to be a decimal section Nowgone This used to correlate so well with what what my daughter was studying this year I feel like I paid full price and now I have 12 the product Also no where in the parent section to set number of practice problems Please bring back the old features Was looking forward to the next grade now Im not so sure New buyer beware           What happened

Thank you so much Splash Math We were disappointed with the last update But you fixed it all by putting all the previous content back in the app You guys are so much caring about us I would recommend it to all the parents who are looking for great math resource for their children I wish I can give 100 stars for this update                 OMG All content back again

This app in addition to the other grade levels has been the perfect addition to our curriculum I can easily track my kids progress and work on specific areas that need improvement We are grateful for all the time and effort that has been put into making this app what it is You are not going to find another quality app like this allisschroed                 Perfect supplement

This is a wonderful app I can provide my child with extra practice over exactly what he is learning at school However I have not been able to open this app the last two days I really hope this gets fixed              Excellent app but

I bought this app to help my granddaughter with her math She loved earning prizes so she kept playing Thanks                 Love it

I installed this app 3 years back Last year when I installed an update they reduced the topics offered to half Remaining topics moved to Grade 4 Today I updated it again and it is not working at all Keeps crashing Also I do not see Grade 2 content which I bought earlier     Money sucker Update fails too

I thought I could do it in previous version I cant do it in the new release frustrated           Need to be able to config the difficulty level

What happened and WHY I have been using all K5 levels of Splash Math as an Elementary Math Specialist for 4 years I love them I do not understand why these changes were made My students DO NOT like the hippo avitars One little girl cried about it saying she now looked stupid My district has already invested dollars in having all the levels but I can not move from one level to another within the app without paying more I used to be able to have six students signed up on one iPad Now I van only have 1 Youve removed 85 of my productivity        The Old Version Was So Much Better

We have used this for two years now My 3rd grader loves to play it and I love the content There isnt a lot filler games but the app makes practicing the math concepts fun I love that I can see her progress and trouble areas This app is a must in our homeschool A great supplement to any math curriculum or summer practice to keep skills sharp                 Best Math App

I homeschool my 3rd grader and this app is wonderful for daily math review We used the 2nd grade version last year My daughter loves earning items for her aquarium and I love the weekly email updates We use it at least 3 days every week Well definitely be purchasing the 4th grade version soon                 Great Math App

Ya it costs 10 for the full version but its worth it I mean its almost like a little personal handheld math tutor for your kid Of course though you have to participate and help your kid out from time to time                 Good for your kid

I dont mind the format change It does what I want it to do in that regard My problem is that the new version is much slower and crashes regularly Its a pricey app for those kind of problems I am using an iPod 4th Generation     New version unstable

Splash Math has been a great learning tool that helps to review reinforce everything that my child has learned in school Purchased the Full Version of Splash Math for 3rd Graders Very satisfied My daughter learns and remembers a lot more of whats being taught in school Already purchased Splash Math for 4th Graders Used it a little bit during the summer Will keep using the app until the end of her 4th Grade                 Great Educational App

My son LOVED this app until he got to measurements I watched my son input correct answers and the app got them wrong half the time Seriously frustrating Now he hates math and thinks hes stupid Thanks Splash Math     Wrong answers

I do not use this simply for the fact I have the paid version but have constant problems with the subscription showing as being purchased WHEN it works its a great app for kids n is fun for them to learn with           Not thrilled

1 This version removed lots of problems to higher grades or removed entirely Their FAQ is a lie saying that no actual contents were removed only reorganized They removed money multiplication division and more from old version Some are moved to fourth or fifth grade libraries to ask you pay more and some are gone 2 Need to buy access for each user Old version can have multiple users with full access In a word totally rip off     Rip off comparing to old version

My daughter was struggleing in school with math in several areas and formulations I bought her this collection of splash math for 3rd grade and in just a few weeks her grades started to sore she loves the Ipad as all kids do therefore this was a game to her I as well use it in my therapsy as an OT and likewise kids love it                 Daughters grade improved
