I understand that it works best if you do this everyday but I missed one day and the app said I missed two and made me go back two days There is no way to control this It feels as though I m somehow being punished for missing a day which then creates stress around doing this because instead of looking forward to doing it I feel like I have to do it or else Kind of defeats the purpose Also it would be nice that in the event you get interrupted while doing it you could pause and come back to the session instead of starting over from the beginning With that being said I do find the sessions very relaxing             Very Relaxing but CBinSTL122

This app has been incredibly helpful to me but it has also been a little frustrating During the first portion of the treatment there where two days where the app would not give me the finished session data saying that I had not truly completed my sessions when I had and it forced me to repeat two days Now that I ve started the second portion every time I try to open my app it crashes in seconds The sessions are wonderful and very calm and reassuring there s just some bugs that make it hard for me to really get my treatment                 Amazing when it works Colonel Coconut
