I just updated the app a couple days ago It won t let me log in even with the temporary password What s the point of an online banking app if it locks you out of your account with an update I don t live near my bank anymore and this is supposed to be convenient for me Won t let me login hvn22

I just installed this app recommended by my banker He told me about the cool alert features in the app but every time I tap a specific alert internet and phone transactions for example the app crashes and I have to log in all over again I sure wish this feature worked App keeps crashing Mathamazed Mom

Don t let some of the bad reviews above fool you this app was both easy to set up and is easy to use Follow the directions when you first start the app and you will have no problem registering and then using the app Highly recommend Easy set up easy to use plamormick

This is by far the worst app I ve used all it does is freeze on me and it won t even let me log in anymore due to the freezing Very annoying and pointless it is also not that modern it only has an email option when you make a transaction and no text option Very poorly built app Horrible Mdcjaaaa

After having this application downloaded for one day it now tells me to visit the App Store for an update yet there is not one An update that doesnt exist
This app is OK if you just want a quick balance check but thats ALL it does Its pretty worthless for information With that said it also wont remember my loginpassword info so I have to type THAT in every time the password rules are relatively convoluted for the quality of secure info thats at risk AND they FORCE YOU to change your password every few weeksmonths so you have to come up with and remember MORE convoluted passwords Without some changes this app wont make it far into 2014 Minimalist
This app is useless to me The only reason I downloaded it was for the ATM locator which there is a button for but when clicked it shows a page that says Future Enhancement NO ATM LOCATOR
I dont understand why an app that merely checks your bank account balance requires a new password every month Its not like someone can actually spend your money or even view your bank account numbers Ill update my rating once I can use this app is actually useable Frustrating
First off the app wants WAY too much private information Secondly when I close the app I have to log back in every time This is a nuisance especially with long passwords I can call my bank and get the balance much quicker The app also says that one can set up alerts however I could not find that option No thanks Not useful
It does what it says shows you what your balance and ledger is and you can have more than one card if you want thats about all it shows as far as I know Pretty good
This product is great but the user friendlyness is not there It is always a pain to get logged in for me Great idea poor app
