I LOVE this service My only critique is that the internet inside the store may need to be better so the pickers shoppers can communicate with the customer if they cannot find one of the items in the list to ask if they d like a substitute Or you could write that in as a disclaimer and let the customer choose which items can be swapped for similar items and which ones they d prefer to just go without if it s not in stock Such a great service though Love this Katco00720
