My students absolutely love Seesaw Kids are engaged and the parents are connected My students find something they are proud of each day and post it to Seesaw Parents immediately add comments to their childs work and the smiles that form are priceless                 Amazing

Really love using this app with my class Can you please update with the ability to add more pages to a photo journal entry If students can store creations that are not limited to one page and also more than one photo per page that would make this a 10 star app That would also push me to share the app more with my colleagues              Finding lots of uses

The Seesaw app is wonderful I began using last year and will continue for years to come It is a fantastic way for students to share their work with the teacher and their parents Its a great way to give feed back and to document projects the students have done all year I find its also a great way for students to communicate with me on problems they need help with or work they are really proud of Its so user friendly and students are able to use it on their own They can share work in writing video photos or drawings So even nonreaders are able to use it It REALLY is the app you will use over an over all year                 Seesaw

If I could only have one app this is it Ill be teaching 4th grade and will use this for book reviews chapter summaries and class discussions Great digital portfolio Love this app                 All you need

This app has been a wonderful addition to my kindergarten class Interface is easy for kindergartners to manage independently It has helped parents get a peek into our classroom The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that I wish there was a little more flexibility in the teacher interface I would like to be able to approve one item at a time as well as see in app notifications when parents comment so students know to check their journal I would also like to be able to manage parent accounts Right now I cant tell a parent is connected until I notice them commenting It is also time consuming to approve items as it keeps jumping to the top of the page and I have to keep scrolling back down to view and delete other items              Game changer

I am using this app in my adult ESL class Students are at various levels of literacy as well as various levels of tech savvyness I love this app because all the students can participate regardless of their comfort level with technology All the essentials audio video images text links etc can be done without leaving the app which makes it ideal for beginners I gave 4 stars because there is currently no way to zoom within the app To zoom you have to go outside the app and use the regular iPad camera I checked with the developers and they verified this I hope they will consider doing this feature in the future              Easy and effective

The seesaw app has saved me so much time in the classroom The kids are excited about taking charge of their own work and the parents are excited about getting to see that work without having to pester their kids for it HIGHLY recommend this tool for any teacher with access to mobile phonestablets in the classroom                 LOVE THIS APP

Im using SeeSaw to manage and share our sons work at school class resource speech with his 2 tutors occupational therapist and counselor My intent was to enable his many instructors to see what the others are doing with him to maximize their time and avoid duplicating lessons Also if his school teacher has something shed like him to work on she can put it in the appropriate tutoring file He uses it to send me forms he forgot to have signed Then he can turn them in on time In practice his IEP team at school doesnt participate at all I have everything stored though for future IEP meetings I wont have to store as much paperwork or lug the container anymore For our daughter I use it to document her work so I can recycle all the paper that comes home and reduce clutter                 managing my kids stuff

This is a great app to help share what students are doing on their iPad                 Kindergarten friendly

This app has given amazing voice to all of my students I have gained a greater insight into their thoughts as they capture and reflect on their learning Parents and students love it As a teacher it has put an end to emailing parents links to things and trying to organize digital creations Love that it gives students a way to document their physical creations as well truly an app that all teachers can and should use                 Giving students voice

Its like an Instagram of their child for parents and its a perfect documentation tool for teachers I am at a Reggio based school and this app is user friendly and helpful for categorizing student activities and projects as you go I love how you can look for things by child or by folder Also its a great way for parents to feel connected to their childs day Its like Facebook or Twitter for teachers                 Love this app for documentation

This is without a doubt my favorite classroom app I taught K4 and I loved all the capabilities that Seesaw gave my young students The company has been churning out updates regularly since I started using Seesaw with my class in February 2015 and seems incredibly responsive and considerate of teachers students and parents needs                 My fav app for the classroom

Looks great but is there a way to group the students by class I teach almost 200 students this semester and having them all in 1 class is painful              Looks great

This app is amazing Really helps with the school to home connection Uploading work and pictures of my students working is a breeze My parents love it and its only the second week of school Its a nice way to show parents and anyone else in the school a running record of a students work Parents know exactly whats going on and they feel more connected to my classroom I have used it to send reminders to all the parents as well I will definitely be talking to other teachers about utilizing this amazing tool into their classrooms                 Fantastic tool

I cant wait for this school year to start just to use this app Been looking for an easy way for my 1st graders to really take ownership of their digital work this is it Ive given out the personal QR codes to my students already have parents grandparents aunts uncles signing up to see their little ones posts Having an authentic audience to like comment their work will be a huge motivator I love the fact that I still control the quality of the content both in the posting the comments This is such a winwin its free Bravo                 Great Home School Connection

I am a kindergarten teacher and I LOVE this app Not only can I easily communicate with the parents but the kids love writing notes back and forth to them too We share class work and technology projects I just cant say enough about how awesome this app is                 Love this app

I cannot say enough positive things about this app It will change your teaching The best part is how user friendly it is for teachers and primary students alike I use this app as a way for students to turn in work that is completed on their device which allows students to explain their work and become selfreflective Parents are also emailed when an item has been added to their journal This then creates a portfolio of student work AMAZING                 AMAZING

Im a TK teacher and find tons of use for this in my classroom but as a parent of a 2 yr old I LOVE documenting her memories each night at bedtime All the grandparents have access and receive notifications on their phone when we post Having her cute little voiceover the picture is priceless                 Digital diary

This app has changed the way I use iPads in my first grade classroom Simple and intuitive it empowers students to take ownership over their leaning and gives them a place to share it Endless applications including picture and video storage parent communication eportfolio a place to hand in online homeworkclass work as well as a tool for student reflection on their own learning This is an app that I couldnt teach without                 Essential app

This makes letting parents know what is going on in the classroom a breeze Students tell me they want to post and we do it Soon I hope to have my 4 year olds posting on their own                 Such a great app for students

Ive actually found this app very useful although Im using for my son thats homeschooled I dont have a classroom full of students only my 1 child but weve been able to really take advantage of this incredible app Not only can my son keep a journal of the things were learning throughout the year were able to share via the Parent App with close family members Its been a great resource for us to use with his father who lives out of state and cant be as involved with his education as we would like now that were divorced as well Seesaw has provided us with many useful tools all packed into one application that have enabled us to create collect and then share my sons academic journey with those closest to us and were so grateful for that I do wish we could change the dates on things posted though Sometimes we forget to post things before the end of the day and it would be nice to be able to change the date to the correct day the project was completed Im not sure if this is possible to do manually on the computer and I just cant figure out how but it would be a nice feature to have on the iPadiPhone There are a few features on the Edmodo app that I wish could be added to Seesaw and it would be the only app we used for this purpose If we could add then grade assignments and have the students complete and submit them like the above mentioned app that would be an awesome addition in my opinion All in all though this is our favorite app out of them all and were happy to have found it Thank you                 Great app for homeschooled families as well

Im using seesaw in my art classroom with 17 sections of classes The app only allows 10 sections to be made so I emailed customer service to see if it was possible to get more and 5 minutes later they upped my classes for free Ive used other apps for digital portfolios with my elementary students and nothing compares to the ease of use with Seesaw The QR code is an amazing feature and really cuts down the amount of time needed to upload artifacts Thank you seesaw                 Amazing Customer Support
