Several curious problems Does not display newer MS file types like DOCS and XLSX Such files can still be uploaded but since they do not appear even in your file list there is no way to delete them without uninstalling the app No way to organize files into folders WIFI only Does not support file sharing in iTunes PIN is only three digits A longer password would be more secure No help function or instructions Support simply refers you to a company email address When you touch the from computer button it can take a minute or so to respond which gives the false impression that it is not working Be patient Bugs
