The photo download part of the app is not working and has not worked for weeks It is just giving an error message and several other people I know are having the same problem with the photo app part We have deleted and re downloaded the app but still not working I even went to Sams in Owasso Oklahoma and told the lady working at the photo counter and she said she was also having problems with it working on her iPhone as well I just wish someone would address the issue and get it resolved so I can send the photos from my phone once again Please fix the photo App portion

I used to dread going to Sams Club The lot is a nightmare The place is always packed and only 2 registers are ever open It was always a 2 hour ordeal And in the end Id get junk I didnt really need and forget what I went in there for in the first place With the app I place my order and pick it up It went from a 2 hour nightmare to 1015 minutes tops and I leave with just what I needed Love it

Very little items that I purchase in my club are listed for Click n Pull thereby rendering this app useless Whats the point of click n pull if I still have to get a cart and wander through aisles Stinks
Ive only used the app a couple times but its been so easy Placing orders is streamlined and simple Love it So easy
I use the click n pull feature and the items are ready for pickup when I schedule them Saves me money because I am not trolling through the club buying things I dont need Save time and money
App showed in store instant savings but they were not applied at check out so I showed the clerk the app and discounts which was then shown to manager The manager said no savings events were taking place and they wouldnt honor the discounts I sent screen shots to SAMs Club customer service and spoke to a representative on the phone which said someone would contact me It has been days and no contact response discounts from SAMs If I cant count on the app or get the discounts then Ill be deleting this app It also reports my cash back incorrectly Summary app is no good and dont count on it Not accurate
Wow Saved so much time using the App Tried the website this morning and 3 browsers and was unable to place order I placed the order via App this evening in just a quick minute Nice So easy

I have been a long term member and have always gone through your website to order my pictures Recently I found that I couldnt do this through my mobile device any longer and it encouraged me to download the app which I did The entire reason for me downloading the app was for the photo center and IT DOES NOT WORK HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT Disappointed
The closest Sams store to us is about 15hrs We visit the actual store at least every other month The rest of the time it is done from the app The app has great deals that cannot be found in the stores Love it Love it from afar
