Today I booked a trip using the app I was thrilled to find a hotel last minute due to a loss I got to the hotel to figure out I had no reservation I sat on the phone for six hours for the vp to tell me to use another app I am appalled I will never use this app again Thanks for everything Worst Experience Ever
