Rocket Matter

This is a good app and on its way to becoming a great app Still needs ability to upload documents and view documents on the fly           On its way

I just love using Rocket Matter I cannot say enough good things about their customer service I have been using RM for almost a year and am a very satisfied customer You will love this app and the portability and ease it gives your law practice                 Awesome App

Cant describe how frustrating this app is One word awful     Awful

The search function for matters and contacts do not work It is impossible to jump to a specific matter or contact There is no tab to view phone messages which would be helpful since the app user is most likely not in the office to receive phone calls     Disappointing launch Needs more work and possibly insight from users

This app is an embarrassment to RM It crashes within 30 seconds of each login and is thus totally useless It used to be more stable but even then it had very limited functionality RM should spend less timeresources on marketing itself and its time management ebooks webinars etc and more timeresources on improving this app and the main website     An Embarrassment

2 Changes would be great 1 Let us make a note about a case ie Your in court and the judge grants your motion and now you want to do fu let us note that to the file 2 Let us see our tasks from the app Allowing us to create tasks would be even better EVEN BETTER Push the tasks to us so we get alerts ie File the Motion to Dismiss Good start though guys              Good but not that useful

Doesnt work not even once had to restore my iPhone     Crashes IOS don

Yes your first version of the app crashed just about 100 of the time But now you fixed it great app I can pretty much access my schedule from any court in the county my clients matters even billing without having to wait for the internet app to fire up Close to perfect Next I want you to make an ipadfriendly horizontal version Thanks gglaw              You fixed the crash now it works great

I have been using Rocket Matter for over four years now This new app is a god send for the busy billing attorney I can now spend otherwise wasted time catching up on my billing anywhere So far it works as advertised              Rocket matters mobile app is a great editions

I am a new RM customer but I love the product and their customer service is amazing I have not had a single problem with the app crashing or doing anything to my operating system I think it is a great addition I agree with another review that phone messages would be a great addition I think it is a great app that will only get better RM seems to be continually moving forward Thanks              Love RM app needs some tweaking

When it works it is very slick and truly makes it possible to bill or calendar on the go Unfortunately more often than not it crashes after I enter data Hope update is coming soon        Great when works Too bad thats not often

This app is unacceptably poor My law firm pays a lot of money to use Rocket Matter and I rely on it quite heavily The fact that the iPhone app is 100 unusableand has been for many many monthsis totally unacceptable     I wish I could award zero stars

I was very impressed to find out that RM launched this app It is visually crisp and works great off of the iPhone I love the calendar and how simple it is to access the contact info and such However I remove 2 stars from the rating because I didnt see any access on notes Im huge on notating files and like to quick reference them when out of the office but I guess theyre still working on it When that feature is added I will definitely add my 2 stars for a full 5 star ratingit also doesnt have access to linked or synced documents Idea when a contact is pulled up it would be pretty cool if we could simply tap the phone number to call client or tap to send email all from RM Looking forward to the progress Rocket Matters thank you for well adjusting this modern software           Impressed RM launched app

This app is almost unusable It constantly crashes and takes forever to get to my info when its not crashing The 4 digit password shortcut is a nightmare and DOES NOT bypass the need for entering the normal password It just requires two passwords now It feels like RM has rested on their laurels and initial success but havent really been aggressive about improving their product Notes and records suddenly cease to exist not good for a serious law practice I have been a customer for three years but will be discontinuing using RM        Clunky app crashes constantly

Waste of time SLOW Unusable because its so slow 4digit code does not bypass sign in requirement I will be switching to another service        Awful

I love Rocketmatter and cant imagine practicing without it However I could easily ditch this app Right now it is not in my opinion fully functioning and is more of a limited viewer than an extension of RM You can enter time but when you search client matters to do so the list only shows matter names not client names If matters are similarly named estate planning documents because the client is the distinguishing factor T Smith etc this isnt terribly useful Additionally the client matter screen is difficult to read since it is all in gray and the client names are very small Additionally although you can enter a time entry there is no field to no charge that entry so I have to go back and do it online There is no access to tasks in the app and no way to edit contacts or calendar events You cannot open new matters or send emails from contacts so to work from your iPhone you still need to be relying on your calendar contacts and tasks outside of RM RM is run by great people with continuous updates I look forward to seeing this app updated           Great web software limited utility app

This app is good enough to get me by when Im on the road One thing that Ive noticed however is that it doesnt seem to be allowing me to log in on my iPad I cant get past the pin screen The pin screen just stays there no matter how many times I key in my pin code It works well on my iPhone just not on my iPad Hope the debugging goes well              Having iPad issues

Good to check a matters account and calendar but the lack of editing restricts the apps usefulness           Minimal functionality
