Its very interesting and I considered developing such an app about 2 years ago deciding against it First there is going to be a large cost associated with mailing materials particularly if you take this next thought into account My overall concern in talking with other pet sitters and pet owners particularly in urban areas there could be an issues of harassment by nonpet friendly neighbors There are terrific benefits to such an app but there are agencies in place to address these issue which are far better suited to address issues of neglect and abuse A more useful app would put the user in direct contact with the most local agency or authority overseeing animal welfare in that particular area Weve all encountered horrible conditions that we have wanted to report but often there is some reluctance due to fear of retribution However weve all encountered people who dislike animals particularly dogs In my community there is a person who routinely posts harassing flyers and screams at neighbors or pet sitters when dogs do their natural routine even in designated areas While the sentiment is outstanding the logistics arent well conceived It should not taking on a role of helping to promote harassment of pet owners but work in conjunction with agencies that specifically address issues of neglect and abuse I would imagine that if a pet owner is that neglectful of their pet the material will simply go into the trash and ignored Overall Im very weary Most pet sitters will already know the agencies they should contact so I see this used more by people who just dont like their neighbor or that the neighbors dog barks I think the app has potential but needs to be refocused more appropriately and without the burden of expense to the developer If the free app is distributed to even 10000 people theres a huge expense to anonymously mail literature to that many people Is Zimusoft Inc planning to spend the money to do this just out of goodness of their hearts If so I applaud the good will but I wouldnt suggest the app as theres just too much potential for harassment and doesnt appropriately involve the proper authorities of pet control        Good Sentiment Wrong Approach
Perfect easy to use straight to the point To save animals in need We all should have this app                 Love this app
Ty Xo                 Simple yet life changing
It doesnt get any easier than this to help chainedpenned dogs Id love to see a tally on how many dogs are reported thru this app The ability to include a photo in the post might be really useful in determining the level of action needed                 Great Idea
