I use my creditdebit card on the main website to pay rent each month The app will not allow me to use the card and requires banking information Thats not all that convenient        No card support

Was excited to use this until I noticed a 4395 service fee on my payment Youve got to be kidding me Ill just keep writing a check and walk it to the office on my way out in the morning     Huge service fees

Ap used to effortless Now I have been logged out for security reason Please log in I have yet to be able to log back in even after the update Emailed yapstone no help whatsoever Now has created problems with property managers Today the ap doesnt even recognize the property        Disastrous

Def recommend unless your old and still mailing bills              sweetness

I used this app for the first time to pay my rent today typically logged into the website I submitted and it kept spinning saying to wait a moment Had me wondering if the payment even went through In the meantime I received an email confirmation that it did go through But the app continues to spin Has me feeling iffy           Iffy

This app is hot garbage No confirmation before a payment is submitted and the payment history does update properly     Hot garbage

I was skeptical due to the bad reviews but figured I would try it It works great no trouble                 Pleasantly Surprised

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT Completely incompetent and incapable system if any problem occurs Not to mention the 1828 dollar charge depending on payment method Atrocious despicable and unreliable Balances are not updated and only reflect renter profile This is a third party that is third party for a reason and your call center being rude doesnt help     Worst customer service experience Ive ever had

A few weeks back I paid rent with this app because i was out of town and didnt have access to my checkbook I ate the ridiculous 50 convenience fee because I was in a bind and had no choice Today I received an eviction notice from my landlord for nonpayment of rent I just sent him a copy of the receipt confirming that I paid with this stupid app but I cant believe how unreliable payment through this crap app is Stay away from this app     Terrible and unreliable

It doesnt even locate my area of residence Who puts an app out that has this many flaws Needs to be improved and fixed     No location of property

I am still trying to figure out why I even bother Each month I spend too much time attempting to make a payment with this crazy app Not worth it Im better off paying online bye     Good Lord This is WORSE THAN AWEFUL

I forgot my password and they dont have a way get it without going to their website which is stupid otherwise my rent went through so that was good           It works but

This app does not work It was marginal before the update Now it is completely useless and the developer does not care Ive posted to their online help twice with no response to either     Useless

This is the worst app that I have ever used Wont let me pay my bills or even log in I wouldnt even give it any stars if I could     Dont even bother downloading

App cant find my apartment complex says it doesnt exist My apartment complex sent a letter saying to go here to pay the rent Doesnt add up Management fee is a joke Why pay the fee when I can walk my check down to the office in 2 minutes     Same experience as all other reviews

Security issues 35 service fee for cc is insane Also I have added my checking acc to pay rent But when I click on Rent Payment it doesnt give me an option to select that checking account        Not impressed

This app is definitely a lot better than the terrible rent payment web portal but its missing something vital Saved login If it could save my login info and not make me enter it every time or at least use Touch ID to let me log in faster then it would get five stars           Doesnt save login

My landlord got my payment on time so that gets my praise above all else My only gripe is that I cant pay with American Express which would be great because I get rewards point on that card Hey Rentpayment let me pay with amex and Ill bump this up to a 5 star              Still needs improvements but otherwise useful

The mere thought that a grown human being or a team of grown human beings could be paid for developing an app so botched and useless as this gives me chills Where to begin No confirmation of payment being made no history of previous payments endless spinning circles and freezes Youll save time by writing a check and taking a walk to your landlords office     Truly botched

This app is a jokeit has a bug that you cant typing in amount more than 99 dollars

This app is beautiful and is pretty seamless to me its very easy to use and understand However theres no place to enter my promo code or at least I cant find it since the app updated to version 30 I would like to see a place to enter my promo code without having to go to the full website Thank you              Almost Satisfied

This app is nice and an easy way to get your rent paid but needs some updating One thing I wish they had was a pop up or notification that let you know upon manually paying for rent asking you if you are sure you want to make this payment because you already have a payment scheduled for whatever date I made the mistake of paying twice Now I am waiting for a check that I have no idea I will get The system should already now that you have a payment that is being sent out so you dont double pay and if you actually want to over pay there should be an option for that IJS           Needs updating

Do not download this app I sent my rent to this third party and my apt complex did not receive this months rent Thanx to this app I just got an eviction letter and I dont know where my money is that came out of my account     SPAM APP ALERT

This app is really convenient if youre like me and hate paying rent with a check every month and almost always forget to pay on time It has reminders you can setup so hopefully Ill remember fron now on              finally I can pay my stupid rent online

28 fee is just too much for this convinience Id rather write checks It would have been great if the housing absorb the fees     Rediculous Fee

I downloaded the app last night and inputted my cc info but it wouldnt let me submit the payment Now it is not allowing me to log in Login Unsuccessful Id rather use their website vs app     Doesnt feel secure

It just allow us to enter as much as up to 9999 really a joke and quite useless     Why could this kind app exist in the world

I usually paid my rent on my computer through the website but got an email about the app so this time I thought Id give that a try I paid my rent on the first of the month and 6 days later received an email it didnt go through due to account being closed or name not matching so I called my bank to verify and they said everything is fine with my account and the money was not withdrawn or even attempted to be withdrawn So I called customer service which said theyre was nothing they could do I may have fees now due to this I would not trust using this app I would pay online instead using a computer because the app clearly doesnt work     Rent Payment

Just noticed this app got updated I havent used it in a while but I remember it used to not work very good so I thought Id give he new one a go Worked fine looks good no complaints other than the fee My roommate told me the fee is set by our landlord so I guess I cant fault the app for that              Nice updates

Love being able to pay for multiple months of rent at a time As a student it helps me budget a lot easier                 Pay for multiple months

The app is great one you login But the problem is that I have to login And there is no auto fill or integration with any password manager Every password I use is unique and impossible to remember So in order for me to even use the app I have to open up my computer lookup the password from my keychain password manager then manually enter it into the app login screen Its way easier to just login from my computer If they could make it easy to login like via the finger print scanner Id give this app 5 stars But until then its unusable        Has sale to login

KEEPS telling me my state code is invalid so I have to call custom service every month so they can make the payment over the phone        Aggravating

App doesnt even work Downloaded it and tried to pay and every time I hit send payment it tells me my state code is invalid You would think if you were going to make an app that you would make sure it works first Oh well     App doesnt work State code is invalid

When I attempted to process my payment the first time it said decline so I pressed pay rent again and it said successful I just received TWO emails that show I paid my rent TWICE     Nice design but horrible execution

This app got a total makeover Just tested it out didnt actually pay my rent but wanted to check out the new features and holy cow is it amazing Looks sharp and works great                 Wow

The app looks great and it wants to run smoothly I dont know whether this is a developer website problem or an appspecific problem It will not let me add credit andor debit cards And it will not let me use my checking account to pay either Maybe YapStone and the property managers need to collaborate more to make this user friendly     Nice try
