Its great I can pay rent and send requestshavent tried either yet so well see how that goes but I cant edit any of my information It gives me an error on the vehicle page saying I need to enter an email Really basic but I prefer it to driving out if my way Great idea poor execution

Why do I have to pay a convenience fee for something so inconvenient I paid my rent with this app and it says your payment has been made but still a week later it didnt come out of my account On top of that it needs a serious update This app isnt even worth zero dollars They should pay you just to use it Needs to be updated
It is not very functional All I can actually do is submit work orders for repairs I am not able to add my name to the acount change my vehicle information I am not able to see whether a rent payment was made by check or by automatic withdrawal I am not able to cancel automatic withdrawal My address is not listed accurately either but I cant fix that If this actually did something I needed then it would actually be worth my time ms

Cannot login Keeps getting error message Worthless App
Apparently this company likes to tack on a Credit Card Convenience fee if you pay rent by CC but fails to mention it anywhere on the app or on my complexs website Played it off on the phone but could provide no evidence that its disclosed Pretty crappy app too most of the time maintenance requests wont go through correctly Just drop off a check less hassle than this crap Hidden Fees and Poor UI
I saw the past reviews which stated the app is not working in particular for the newer iPhones I have an iPhone 6 and I just downloaded this app and it is working just fine for me I can login with no issues and see all the information that I would normally see on my computer online It allows me to look at my payment schedule as well as put in maintenance service requests Maybe this app has now been fixed by its tech groups it is working perfectly fine for me Works Just Fine for my iPhone 6
This app is terrible bar none The remember me feature doesnt work and I top of that it wont give you a straight answer on what your total charges are I cant wait to move so I never have to use this ever again Just awful

This app desperately needs a refresh for iOS 7 First off you cannot make partial payments to your account The only you can pay is the full amount Thats ridiculous for those of us with roommates Secondly a hidden convenience fee is added for every transaction Once they deal with these issues they might have an acceptable entry for the App Store Terrible app

Iphone 6 App NOT WORKING AT ALL
The only issue I have with this app which is a big frustration for me is the Remember Me doesnt work I have to enter all my info every time I need to use the app Since I dont use it frequently I have to go look up my login info Fix it Not bad overall
