This really works The first several weeks I could notice my strength and muscles growing Then I plateaued and couldn t finish the tougher days Turns out I had gained over 10 pounds of muscle That extra weight made the workouts harder but was proof I am stronger I ve noticed a lot of improvement LostLawyer

Came to the app thinking it would be like another imagine my surprise It gives daily workoutsnotifications and even though your supposed to do 3 a week I did one every day and managed to do 20 on 12 the time Also allows you to play music while exercising Very well done
