This appears to be a good APP if they actually allowed you to spend the 099 and buy the PRO edition that unlocks all the filters and gets rid of the advertisements They even list it as on 99 cents but the link does nothing Why dont they charge the 99 cents and open it up The point system is a total waste of time Wont let you buy the PRO edition

This company has a hidden agenda to get your contact information This app doesnt do much but has many in app purchases The in app purchases require you to pay with points The way you get points is to sign up with different merchants or download other apps After you get the points to use to buy an in app purchase it only allows you to use it once You then have to spend more points to use the same inapp purchase you already purchased again There are many other apps that will convert your photo into a cartoon that include many more selections without a hidden agenda or gimmick dont waste your time with this one Dishonest Hidden Agenda

You cannot use this app because of all the stupid ads Too many ads in control
