This app is the realization of our high hopes for educational technology Any app that can help make better writers is already groundbreaking This one does My students will even admit that they have become better writers after our many editing sessions with Peer Edit But this app goes beyond even that It allows me to quickly send feedback for drafts which would take hours otherwise                 Edtech at Its Finest

What a great idea Finally something that will actually improve student writing without relying 100 on me its hard to get around to all 30 students in all 5 classes Im planning on using it extensively this spring with our class set of iPads It will also be a nice way to fill the technology section of my evaluation                 Highly Effective

I have been looking for a solution to this for a long time Having students look over each others papers is kind of like the blind leading the blind They may be able to identify an error but they dont know how to describe it and provide constructive criticism With this students only need to check boxes and let the iPad do the explaining                 Perfect Use of the iPad

Really Where has this idea been Okay so I guess you couldnt do this without smart devices but still Heres how I use it I proposed this app to my department for our newly acquired iPad cart We purchased the app for the cart Now when any of us do peer editing sessions the students use the iPads to critique their classmates papers They dont even have to know exactly what to say They just have to be able to identify an error and check a box But heres the real value I think while the students are editing they read through the error comments and that helps immensely with their own writing This app is amazing from every aspect Some of my students even purchased it on their phones and used it there For the first time in my fifteen year career I really feel like my students writing has improved from peer editing Unless you want to sit down with every one of them get Peer Edit                 Wow Why didnt I think of this

This is a very watered down version of Essay Grader It does not even include the entire bank of comments The developers do not have the professionalism to respond to support enquiries Apple needs to do a better job of screening Save your money and treat yourself to a Starbucks     Absolute Rip Off Do Not Buy

I have been waiting for a great app that would help me grade essays in a timely way one in which I could give my students feedback without rewriting it for them This might be the one I have used Essay Grader Lite same company I think but have not found it as user friendly I know this one is supposed to be for peer review but as a teacher I think I can use it for my middle schoolers After I work with it for awhile I hope I can come back and give it five stars              Just what I have been waiting forI think
