I encountered a number of problems with pebblebee honey devices which all stopped at one point after the batteries died One of the wireder ones was a prompt that would pop up on my MacBook screen for a split second at random It took a well timed screenshot to determien my Peblebees to be the culperate upon contacting support they said it was due to a much older version of Mac OS X Only problem was I was using the most recent version of Mac OS X available at the time Recently I started replacing the batteries in my trackers and started encountering problems The most odd was that after unfrending between 2 accounts on 2 different devices all of the friend devices still show up on both accounts Unclaiming devices from one account appears to have rendered the trackers inoperable as I cannot get either device to see the now uncliamied devices     Lots of Problems Bobby T.

I have a trackr device Tile TagOnce Qmote and a couple others that I ve bought over the past couple years Pebblebee is the least reliable device I ve been considerable underwhelmed by pebblebee devices and that s me being very generous I backed the original pebblebee and bought five more Big Mistake The batteries in the pebblebees lasted less than a week on their battery saving mode I went through 10 batteries within two weeks I wasn t even using four of the devices and the batteries still died I wish I d never paid for the Dragon I was told that the Dragon came with a Qi charger There was no charger with the Dragon The online instructions don t go into any specific function detail It s just downloading the app pairing and setting up the device It won t find my phone unless I open the app on my phone then it tells me my device has been located Seriously I have a Mophie case so I have sufficient battery but I m not wasting it on pebblebee products The best device I ve found and it s just now available for sale is the Qmote Minimal battery usage and it works I ve already thrown away all but 2 of the original Pebblebee products They re frustratingly inconsistent and support is slow at best absent when you need them Hopefully you ll read the reviews before throwing your money away     Battery hogging inconsistent device w o support Flyby777

I m trying out the TrackR Bravo the Pebblebee Honey and the Tile against each other Today my iPhone battery was down to 18 after 12 hours off the charger I looked at the battery usage report and saw this TrackR 41 Pebblebee 20 Tile 5 The battery replaceability of the Honey is nice but 4x the battery drain is close to a deal killer Fortunately they can probably fix this with an app update They ll get 3 stars until they do             Battery Hog jemenake

I use the Pebblebee Honey every day It saves me time and quickly helps me find my keys I used to own the first version of the Honey and the latest hardware and software improvements work really well now Great job Pebblebee on making the strides to keep on improving It has much longer range than its competitors and a louder buzzer Even has an LED which I use constantly to be able to pick out which key to use for which rental when they are all hanging next to each other Very very useful product Highly recommended                     Love the Pebblebee use it ever day Shmeizner

As mentioned in another review Pebblebee app does not run in the background Also when it is running it preempts audio apps that DO run in background a podcast cannot be played with Pebblebee running             Conflicts with audio apps heptacableguy

I bought 4 of these to give as gifts Some of the batteries didn t last very long Couldn t get some of the units to connect via blue tooth And had one in my wallet which I left on the counter at a checkout aisle the app couldn t find it Good old fashioned back track and found it the cashier held on to it for me Don t waste your money     Worst product ever Iteachwinds

Just bought a three pack and I am completely unable to set them up Directions are pretty straight forward I ve tried on my 5s and on my iPad with no result The website has no info as to what else can be tried I have restarted and reinstalled the app with no change All three honeys will beep and turn on and off but they will not connect or even be recognized     App will not find or connect to new honey gregandjess

If you change the default audio alert a siren which gives you and everyone around you a heart attack you stop receiving any audio notification and I ve tried a bunch of them also if you change the temp scale from Celsius to Fahrenheit it doesn t change on the settings screen but it actually changes in the app Till they fix the notifications I m giving up on the product and that s a shame since I REALLY liked the concept         Buggy App BillH_PPlus

I love that I can use this to control the camera and that I can put this on my keys and use the app to sound the alert on the pebblebee if I can t find them I REALLY wish that the map showed where my pebblebee is when not in Bluetooth range That the number one reason I bought these I thought I d be able to see where the pebblebee is whenever I wanted to not just when it is in range of my phone s Bluetooth Please add this feature             Needs more perks Nutrisystem member

The concept and hardware is good but the app needs dire work It takes a while before I can get signal from any of the dongles even when they re within line of sight Half the time I can t even beep my bees Ultimately defeating the purpose of the product It must be some bug on the app because every time I d like it to work I have to turn my 6 plus Bluetooth off and then on again And by work I mean a solid 5 mins of operation until it ceases to work once more Please update     Can t locate my bees Rmartin2011

I hope their next endeavor is a little better with the Stone The Honey needs some work I like the idea of a thermometer though And the app only sounds like a text message when the device is getting lost unlike if you actually have the app open and phone unlocked It s supposed to run in the background not open all the time Well enough ranting They did send me a new version of their Honey for free which seems to work a bit better but although the case and app look nice on the design the functionality is lacking I guess I m just saying I rather prefer function over form which seemed to be where the first app was headed it was a lot uglier then Then they started focusing less on making it work better and more on how it looks I hope the next update is more addressing the bugs and glitches I don t think I am alone with that             Well designed but not very functional IMrJared

I have used the Tile for a little bit and liked it but decided to get the Pebblebee for the replaceable battery feature I bought the 3 pack because I wanted to keep one on our baby just in case we turn stupid and somehow leave our child in the car like you see on the news I liked the thermometer feature too Upon setting them all up I notice the temperature on the three didn t match I calibrated them after they have been sitting next to an actual thermometer for an hour All three didn t match and were even different from each other significantly As for the tracking I turned on the getting lost feature which is supposed to let you know when your phone and dongle starts getting further away Well that didn t work at all which defeats the way I wanted to use it         Needs work Mikenopolis

I don t know how much time I ve spent in past trying to find TV remote and keys in the morning when I am already late for school So I bought this product and hope it would help me IT DID It saves me tons of time Like other reviewer said the devices does disconnect once a while I asked them why and they told me it is because iphone 8 1 version sometimes will break the Bluetooth They said next version 8 2 will fix this problem and I think it will come out next month                     Use it EVERYDAY JohnnyTXH

This is a great product with fantastic features and a good app The problem is the majority of the time the phone loses sight of the pebble we and vice versa rendering the product useless This was true even at close range Also the app is impossible to understand without instructions a help feature or some sort of tutorial There are many features which I have yet to figure out after several days of use I bought three of these pebble bees with high hopes One was D O A and the others have been unreliable at best         Great product not reliable JOnlibEcologist

I got this as a device to locate my pets one of whom likes to play hide and seek then has a tendency to sound asleep in the dark cozy place she s found She always comes when I call except when she s out cold like that This gives me the reassurance that she is in the house and diet sneak out somehow Mostly its used to find them in the house so I ve been using it on the low frequency setting and I ve seen no drain in my battery life Aside from a few minor glitches in which all I had to do was close and reopen the program I ve really enjoyed this product It s held up great with occasionally being dunk into a water bowl or food                 Works great for its intend purpose Littlebit007

Bluetooth issues in iOS 8 1 are reported to be at the heart of my problems with PebbleBee but regardless of cause it s a tremendous disappointment at this time The app is responsible for 49 of my battery consumption according to Settings General Usage The bluetooth connection seems to be constantly toggling on and off again not the developer s fault The device itself which should have a 2 year battery life has already chewed through one battery in less than a month and chirps every minute when these constant bluetooth issues crop up which is tremendously annoying For now I ve disabled the device and the app and will wait for iOS and app updates before trying again I am rooting for this product but at this time it s terrible     Unusable in current state Kraonn

This app installation caused both my iPhone 5 and 5S to run the battery down very rapidly I don t know if was the iOS 8 01 my phone or the app that causes drivers to keep going I have to zap both phones and reinstall all software from scratch Backup and restore doesn t correct the problem The problematic only be unique to my 2 phones But I am an unhappy camper Apple folks tell me a conflict is causing this but they don t know what the issue is either     App install awful CC Dave

Just got my two honey pebblebee The app us easy to understand Very neat UI It has a lot of functions but still is not cluttered A help online or in app is needed I couldn t figure out what the location pairing is for and how to use it Also there may be a bug in saving photo or name for pebblebee I had to try it several times It shows saved but when you go to main screen the name or picture you go back to default A great start guys Thanks for all the hard work                     Great and clean app Shirish j
