This upgrade has rendered this app useless I can no longer see my support cases At least I dont think I can as the app now crashes within 15 seconds of opening I have deleted and reinstalled it on my new iPad with no difference in behavior It worked before on same devicenot now For the few seconds that Ive been able to look around numerous times to try to find where they buried my support cases all I see is a big commercial for Oracle I dont need that Im already stuck as a customer Im not interested in how great Oracle thinks it is All Im interested in is accessing my cases Maybe you could develop an app strictly for that That would be wonderful Thanks This version is broken

Horrible organization difficult to use The open world section doesnt return data and there isnt a clear way to do basic things like displaying schedules it just spins waiting forever or returns nothing Im deleting it
