Openbay held my funds for the services the mechanic was scheduled to perform which is fine But when it turned out I needed different services Openbay had no way of applying the funds they were holding to my bill Meanwhile they were holding on to the money I needed to pay my bill at the mechanic I scheduled through them At this point my car will sit in the lot accruing storage charges until the funds are released in 3 5 days What a sloppy way to deal with my hard earned money UPDATE After some pestering one very diligent customer service agent helped me get my funds returned immediately She made the difference enough for me to give 2 stars         Handle my funds horribly Doug Notfunnyatall

I was charged for a job which I never actually got because they available time didn t fall within the time frame that I needed to get my breaks done However despite not going to the mechanic Openbay still charged my credit card 318 88 When you go on the app the customer service number listed 1 888 9090 is not an actual or complete phone number This seems like a little bit of a hoax for me If I m not refunded I m going to the better business bureau I ll never use an app like this again to book services How can you list a customer service number that is not a real number     Charged me even though job was not performed Al..sol

I requested a quote two weeks ago to get my A C compressor replaced Someone called me the same day to let me know she was working on it I let her know that I lived in Atlanta and I needed to get this done asap because no air in Atlanta traffic in May is no good She assured me she would have quotes in 24 48 hours I got a message in the app a week later saying that she was getting her people on it It s been another week and still no quotes It s not like I live in a rural area where there might not be as many options I live in metro Atlanta It s not like it s a repair that s unusual Part of me wants to keep the app to see how long it actually takes to get a quote but I think I will just delete it and find my own quotes Don t waste your time I could have had this fixed 10 days a fox     What a JOKE it'salright
