This game has too many issues which surprises me most of these games are great I get so far and then it wont continue There is no clue in the hint it says its all done I tried playing twice and the same result Very disappointing Not worth the money too many issues and not getting hem fixed     Frustrating

These are some very scary paintings but at least there in a beautiful castle and not your usual falling apart slums Has good voice overs and map You also have a very cranky cat to help you Your collecting gold medallions in this one There are some Rats in the cellar LM but nothing you cant handle Now back to the game I am still working on income tax Just decided to play tonight instead Thank you for a beautiful game BF A big shout out and lol and prayers to the gangSnooper158Is there a reason its been 3 days and this review never reached the review board              FAMILY PORTRAITS

I was so excited to play this game at first Everything worked well The graphics were beautiful The map was great The hints were helpful Then Nonsense You cant get past the dog Yes you can Just click on the other door etc Dumb Try to place items It can take a dozen or more tries to get it in the right spot Finally give up and ask the hint It shows that you should place it exactly where youve BEEN placing it all along AND it still wont go there Some of the mini games are beyond stupid Others are beyond getting just right And all of this before I even finished the trial game Sorry developers you have some fixing to do And Big Fish fire your quality control people They arent doing their jobs Hire people who know how to do it     Started out very promising

Stuck in chicken yard Cannot get handle to attach into slots Some of the mini games are uncontrollably so have to be skipped Parts of the game dont function to well Very frustrating when game isnt working properly     Frustrating

I loved this game It was lengthy with bonus gameplay The story was interesting and easy to follow The game flowed very well and made sense You get to rescue a family by destroying evil portraits You get an adorable kitty named Mr Jenkins to help you reach objects and you collect coins to decorate his abode The scenery and graphics were absolutely gorgeous with exciting and dynamic cutscenes The HO scenes were good mostly where you use one object to unlock another object There were lots of puzzles and minigames most of them a lot of fun and not only boring rotational puzzles Although there was no journal you had a task list which automatically updated and there was a teleport map with marked tasks Inventory was labeled and it said what you received when you acquired an object after completing a HOP There were very many locations to unlock The only reason it wasnt a 5 star game was that it was glitchy but I figured out how to deal with that problem quickly This was already after the update had been installed If I couldnt place an object I would hold it where I wanted to place it with a stylus and with the index finger of my other hand I would tap around the spot I held the object That made the object fall into place and will be the difference between players being able to complete the game versus buying it not knowing what to do and then complaining Youre welcome So the other reviewers need not keep complaining about me and my fabulous Dream Team Thank you Rat Patrol a couple of mice that I could deal with Snooper you are always right Please join me and the Dream Team in extending condolences to Nambr who lost a beloved toy poodle I had a silver toy poodle many years ago and she behaved like a person so its like losing a beloved family member and not just a pet I hope you stop experiencing pain and remember all the fun times you had with your precious pet To the rest of my team I give you lots of BigFish I would definitely like a sequel if the game developer figured out how to take out the glitches Also in the extras there were no wallpaper I was very disappointed because the graphics were so colorful and breathtakingbut all in all I really enjoyed this game              Ominous Objects Family Portrait by LynxMinx

Just going around in circles near the end No matter where I go it says nothing to do here Too bad Really wish I hadnt wasted my money I see that lots of other people are having the same problem     Could be a great game but too glitchy

I love it except for the 50 times I had to try to get the cat to go under the couch It is very frustrating And for any one who needs to know how to get passed the dog use the knife to cut the dog canvas out and then place that into the glowing frame The dog will jump into it        Please fix the glitches

Could not get the blacksmith hammer and anvil in a HOP to work Tried to reset it but didnt work Dont waste your money     Lots of Glitches had to quit

Interesting twist on the hos did the trial and purchased Said thank you for upgrading and loops me into unlock now screen Update after purchase restart with a new profile As far as item placement it took me a bit to figure out the trick For example pick up goblet and pour into flask dont put the goblet on the flask put your finger on the flask Even though the goblet might be somewhere else Once I figured out the tricks I enjoyed it              Broken

First glitch it lost my entire game Second glitch it wouldnt let me complete not even skip a HOP Im not going to start over a third time so this ones going in the trash A complete waste of money And like others have mentioned its real flakey about picking up and placing items     Glitches make it impossible to play

in chapter 3 2nd hos water fountain to get the hook where is the red chalk im stuck i know it was supposed to be on top of that lock box with tumbler fix that           family portrait hos bug

This game showed much promise and was very entertaining until the latter part when glitches kept occurring Pieces disappeared and the game stuck in several places I loved Mr Jenkins and the storyline but the glitches need to be fixed After the third try I game up           Good game with multiple glitches

I own more than 3000 ipad games and almost every game Big Fish produces I can honestly say this is by far the best HOPAdventure game for Ipad so far A must own game with definite replay capability Im sure I will replay it many times over Great job Big Fish please keep games like this coming Ill buy them every time and tell my friends                 Excellent

I eventually got through the game by persevering I agree with all other reviews Now I am playing the bonus game and I cant finish it because in one of the hidden object scenes where you have to carve a bird I cannot pick up the tool to complete it Very frustrating        Far too many glitches

I really enjoyed some of the mini puzzles in this game More well thought out than many other similar games while some were very easy there were several that were neither too easy or too obtuse I like that there were not too many hidden object scenes and it was a good mix of puzzles and the hidden object scenes were interactive using he items to find other items The length was nice too some of the similar games lately have been so short but this game had a good length Nice graphics and good bonus game play liked the video at the end of the bonus game too The only real downside to me was a few places later in the game the placement of objects to activate or use them got a bit tricky and might take several tries dragging to same spot or just the exact place to register This only happened a few times though and I think this is a very enjoyable game overall              Solid game some nice puzzles few glitchy spots

I too had trouble placing items I have an iPad and am stick half way through the bonus game I in the artist shop and cant make the wooden bird in the HOP VERY frustrated I agree the games are not as good as they have been in past years Lots more glitches and trouble picking up andor using items This was a fun game all in all the map was great the hits were good the story didnt hang together as well as others but Im not really there for the story        Fun game but glitchy

Other than some glitchy areas one can tell how much effort was put into creating the game Great minis not too difficult and most not too easy new interactives great graphicsvisuals and lots of cool extras Only thing I can think to improve would be something showing me where to go back and pick up coins or anything I missed and its a bit glitchy other than that its definitely 5 stars              Awesome

I gave 5 stars for this game it is by far the best hidden object game Ive ever played not easy but GOOD so I bought the game and when I reached the room that opened up at the stables I played a puzzle that asks for a blacksmith but there is no blacksmith end of game please update and fix this glitch                 the best BUT THEN

loladex Game has glitches that make it impossible to play For example 1 Cannot hook bucket to hook in order to get the rasp from well even though it says you can Just one of many touch sensitive issues 2 Had to skip several puzzles because game would not allow me to place the pieces in their proper places 3 Playing on the middle difficulty mode and hint button stopped working Now it keeps saying there is nothing to do here now Even though there is Please fixor I will be needing my money back I would prefer to play the game           Could have been great BUT

This was by and far the worst game that I have played I am annoyed with myself for buying it it was a terrible waste of money definitely not worth the 499 I paid No directions are given some parts are so incredibly easy others make no sense whatsoever other parts need some kind of explanation as to what the Duce you are doing The game was gibberish some parts do not wok and hang up on you This game should be recalled and everyones money refunded     Do not waste your money

This game has everything I like to make it a 5 star game but there was way too many glitches when trying to pick up items and put them where they belong It took multiple tries for the majority of the items before it would register or work even though I was putting things exactly where they belonged That was especially frustrating because of the unusual extra tasks within the HOS that you need to figure out where multiple things should go Its too bad because without the glitches that would have been cool playing something that is different from the norm I loved the cat and the coins that you search for throughout the game and that you can use decorating a room for your cat The integrative map was nicely labelled and could be used for easy travel the graphics were pretty good and the length of the main game and bonus chapter was pretty decent as well Unfortunately even though I was able to finish the entire game including the bonus chapter the technical issues ruined it The voice overs especially the children were pretty irritating too Hopefully BF will update and fix all of the issues but they really need to do much better quality control before releasing their games Obviously its best to buy the games quickly before the price goes up to 699 but then buying them right away you take the risk of having glitches that BF needs to update to fix and thats becoming more the rule than the exception           Could Have Been 5 Stars But

This would be a great game but for the glitchy areas where used objects wont stick to the objects theyre matched to And dont try playing the bonus game When it comes time to carve the bird some of your tools will disappear and theres no way to finish the task or the game boo        So frustrating

At first I thought this game would be great but then the glitches started with not being able to place times where your being told to place them You have to make many many attempts before your luck strikes and the item clicks into place I am stuck trying to place the bucket onto the hook but the ring on the bucket goes away as soon as I tap on it to place it on the hook Please address this issues along with the many other glitches This game has the potential of being a really good game and could be rated much higher Hope you guys really listen to our requests if indeed your looking to create a sequel SincerelyDisappointed     Not So MUCH
