It just ask for user name I type it in and it errors Bank is lame get it together     Wont let me log in

So in order for u to access the app u have to give your cell number and set up a mobile pin then u can get updates on your phone Thats cool but I wanted to use this on my iPad and not get a text every time I buy something so I think this is more for your smart phone           Wanted it to work

Thank you so much for the new version I was a little upset at first that I had to download a new app instead of just updating the old one But once I did I was incredibly happy The new app is so much better and faster than the old one Makes my banking experience that much easier                 Thank you

Does not work at least on iOS 81 If the popup notice is accurate that the app requires Location Services Ill delete the app right now That should not be necessary     Doesnt Work

I had no troubles at all with the app I use the app often and dont even log into the website much anymore You do need to set up mobile banking on your account with a different password I would only add a way to pay my NW credit card through the app I can see my credit card activity but not make a payment                 Great app

Pretty standard for a banking app Sometimes load times are a little slow but were talking maybe an extra second over other banking apps Ive used Check deposit can be touchy but no real difference from other banking apps Tip Put checks on a dark surface by a window or near a lighting fixture Overall pretty happy with the quality of this app given how small of a back Northwest is                 Works great

Overall app is slow and full of error messages New photo check deposit is short of working properly I tried this feature and was rejected due to image quality so I tried it multiple times after and the app wont let me choose the account I want it to go into When you click on accounts it is blank I also received unknown error message twice        Slow app

Cant even log in just logged in their mobile site with the same exact login information and it worked     Login issues

Looks snazzy and is definitely promising but I couldnt get past the login screen Ive been using online banking with NWSB for years and have never had trouble logging in before Hopefully Im missing something     Login error

I have the IPhone 4 and it seems to be running quite smoothly Its faster more pleasant to the eye and the menu options are easy to navigate Thank you Ive been waiting for an update to this app              Much better

Eh it works Its almost nicer than their normal online banking site but thats not saying much I have to enter my login id and am prompted for a security question nearly every time I log in I would like to see the login process streamlined by remembering my device and not make me enter that info each time           Basic features

My device automatically updated the app and I was stuck with a nonworking app for over a week No explanation no information nothing At least they couldve rolled back to the last working version since we cant ourselves           Down for too long

I tried to sign in and it doesnt accept the username which works on the website     Doesnt work

For the past year I have been waiting for this app to support the resolution for iPhone 6 and just the launch screen supports the resolution Come on if youre not gonna give me Apple Pay give me a nice UI at least           Launch screen is fitted for iPhone 6 nothing else

Or cant anyone deposit a check via this app I get an error message every time I try The error message is not enough lightnot in focusshow all 4 corners after I take pictures of the front and back if the check and click SUBMIT Well I have tried in bright light including full sun it IS in perfect focus and all 4 corners are clearly showing I could have driven to the bank 10 times in the time I have spent trying to get this to work I get the same error message on my new iPhone 6 AND my iPad Very frustrating Online banking support is friendly enough but they cant seem to fix the problem     Is it just me

Thank you for finally getting an ipad app With that being said how about adding a due date for accounts when a payment is due and a pay button to also pay on that account I am not having any login issues like others are saying they are having the only thing I noticed is the app is a little slow at times           Needs to add some more things

The app is basic and slightly sluggish but it works well all around I havent tried the deposit feature but that will bring it five stars if it works              Works well

The first thing that should be rock solid in this app is the login Since it does not work the app is unusable     Try again

Like this app so much more than the previous version I have multiple accounts and the transfer process is now so easier since listing balances Navigation is far more user friendly and attractive              Much better

This app wouldnt let me or my wife log in with our regular accounts I was able to log in with my business account though I found the app to be somewhat slow and annoying I can navigate through the full website on my iPhone faster than I can use this app I do like the layout but it is somewhat outdated looking Users want Clear layout Fast functioning Reliability This app is lacking in all three     Online full website is faster

You folks have got a lot of work to do Downloaded your app on my Nexus 7 and was getting application errors Downloaded on my IPad and it doesnt recognize my password Perhaps you were a bit premature in this release     Not ready for Prime time

While there are certainly some improvements to be made to performance and Id like to see more functionality like seeing check images same password as Online Banking and making deposits which I hear is coming according to the branch near me the app is a step in the right direction compared to the old one Everyone complaining about not being able to log in needs to read the app descriptionyou need to enroll in Mobile Banking Its not the same as Online Banking First log in to Online Banking and click Mobile to enroll from thereThen you can log in but with a different password Mobile uses a PIN Its a decent start As long as there are regular updates I think its promising           Read the Instructions Not a bad app once you enroll

The scrolling calendar is useless to schedule payments People know that they get paid on Fridays for example not the date without looking at an entire calendar Difficult to use I need to view another calendar just to use this one Fix the sign in too        Annoying calendar
