Was able to make this work Doesnt come with many bells and whistles but its free and does the job It also doesnt require an online account to some anonymous company either with agreements allowing them to collect your data A few things that would make this perfect for my needs It doesnt backup your data to the cloud or iTunes Hopefully something the developer can add Either would work It doesnt allow you to move medications from Profile to Profile I used a different profile to define archived medications but couldnt move meds between them Just had to create them manually in each one Nice to have but not necessary Cant turn off the date needed or just type in a datetime The spinners are fine for close dates but painful when months out Simple passcode option to prevent prying eyes Even a simple 4 digit pin to access the list would be a nice perk That said if you just need a quick easy place to list your meds with some reminder functionality as to when they need refills this fits the bill              Decent basic app to list meds and dosages and a refill date
