I have been using this app for a long time to track my packages The developer is great by responding to inquiries and it has never crashed It actually gives more information than if you use the native tools from usps because it lets you know expected delivery dates even when you can t tell from usps website tracking Stay Gold                     Gold robotwholearned

I sent in a bug report and they were able to fix it right away I was previously unable to add new addresses They were on top of things ASAP No wonder this app works better than the rest The people behind it are superior I ll continue using this app for all my tracking needs and suggest others do the same as well 5 Stars                     Great customer service dev team grafxkid

Please add more carriers like ontrack DHL and many others on the list I use this app everyday to track my packages very useful But Dev must add more carriers I sent emails to Dev but never got any response Or add the options to manually add you desired carriers it would be great to see new update Otherwise it s a great app I use it everyday I track atleast 50 to 90 packages a month Would love to see this app improve with more carriers Your help will be appreciated Thanks             Great app but limited carriers Navi and kj

At this moment I have two packages that show Destination Scan that were delivery a week ago and I have two more packages that were delivered a few hours ago that continue to show Out for Delivery This app use to be accurate but no more It is now worthless To top it off and the reason for 1 Star is that the developer does not care about the customers I have submitted a suggestion and submitted two bugs issues through the app and have NEVER heard back Do not spend money on this app     Was OK but now garbage JaredFarnum

I ve been using this app for a while It works well and has a pretty good user interface It would get an extra star if it could sync info between my IOS devices I was a more than a bit annoyed when I upgraded to the Pro version and it didn t import any of the information history from the Lite package It would be nice if you could enter a default destination instead of having to specify it every time I rarely send packages                 I like this app zorkguy

I ve been waiting for an app to track packages this good for a WHILE and alas I found this However I ve come up with a couple of suggestions over the past few months that I d like to see taken into consideration for the next update Currently when tracking information isn t available particularly when you add a brand new tracking number i e for an order that JUST shipped there is a popup that appears when refreshing the list that says No record of this item My suggestion is to somehow suppress the popup action and replace it with something in line like how any other bit of tracking information would be displayed for items that have sufficient data on the main screen The popup is annoying and slows everything down especially when tracking a large number of packages and or when more than one package doesn t seem to have tracking information available Another suggestion would to have an auto refresh feature that would automatically refresh the items being tracked instantly upon opening the app                     Absolutely love it TeezyThaKidd
