Went through the entire process and was dismayed to see that birthdate and gender are required as part of registration Why Marketingdata mining A simple checkbox affirming one is not a minor would suffice and theres no reason to ask for gender In this age of identity theft consumers can and should be vigilant in guarding their personal information I will not be using this service Require Birthdate and Gender Unacceptable

All of the About Us FAQ Terms and Conditions pages are unviewable I get an error message There is no available information about the app in the app This is probably searchable but still not a good way to start off Feels a little shady
I started scanning and I was only getting like 10 cents or 5 That seemed low to me so I tried scanning a blu ray that I just got It cost me 35 because it was a special edition the app only offered 50 cents This is a ripoff Do not download Ripoff
Decluttr is very easy to use there check items are confusing Very easy to use
Understandably they have terms and conditions and when they access your movies they keep you up to date through out the whole process YET they do not tell you how much your check truly is My total went from 30 to 20 and they keep all my movies and I know hey are going to sell them screw you guys DECLUTTR IS

So far Ive been able to clear out my 90s era CD collection with rare glitches They make it very easy They email you a shipping label and update you on the status of your order The only flaws Ive noticed so far are the barcode scanner is sometimes a little flimsy and they dont allow you to go in and edit orders couldnt part with that Sade album at the last minute Too bad you have to email them to cancel the order and start all over Otherwise its a handy app Good app so far

Ive only had one hiccup with the app reading barcodes and that was on the very first day I used it after downloading I do wish when you need to delete items it was easier than having to click on each title you want to remove But otherwise I have found the app to work well I am using the app on my IPad Air Works well
Im very impressed so far with the Decluttr app and Decluttr in general I have 3 shipments of CDs Ive sold to them awaiting quality review They have answered my questions promptly and navigating through their system in selling my 500 CDs has been very simple No problems no regrets So Far So Good

Despite what there app says they only send you a free shipping label for UPS Which isnt a problem for those who live near a UPS store or have an order small enough that it fits in a UPS drop box Im neither of those and was relying on a free USPS shipping label that the app clearly states if provides in the How it Works section Warning They only use UPS shipping labels
