The MGM Grand is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.9.0 has been released on 2014-11-20. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Showed the 2for1 cocktails and was told that it was only for Smirnoff drinks Didnt say that in the offer Honor your specials
The app does a great job of distributing the information about MGM Grand from viewing the photos of each suite types to upcoming events at MGM Arena I was particularly impressed by the sheer number of contat info in the App where hotel guests no longer have to flip through the thick guest service book in the room to reach any departments of the hotel Ie Concierge Guest Service etc The only downside of this app in my opinion is the waste of screen space on iPhone with useless pictures on top They make valuable information hard to see and it makes the total user experience a bit clumsy Besides that a great app with good potential I cant wait for future updates A musthave for any hotel guests
Overall the app was absolutely useless during my stay Crashes I couldnt get it to open in iOS4 when I wanted to use it to call the hotel inrouteso I had to look up the number via the web No floor plan probably the most useful feature would be a simple floor plan directory to know where things are in relation to other things so one can find their way through the maze of casino bars shops etc Theres only a google map of the outside of the building Theres no cellular data wifi or GPS signal on the casino floor so its not going to help you find your way around based on location Theres no information on the app that isnt on a brochure in the room Dont waste your time installing this app thinking its going to be any help It was probably made only because everyone else has one No floor plan directorynot helpful at all
Floor plans worked perfect for me when I was indoors there were at least three of them for different areas of the casino Also it popped an alert that said it was in offline mode when I lost my 3G signal and I wasnt on WiFi so it was a lifesaver in my book Great app MGM Grand Great App
Feeling like we may have made a mistake choosing the MGM We had a 600 am flight after getting to the airport at 400am We were here and checked in before 900 and we are still waiting for a room We were just told the soonest would be 300 I find it hard to believe that with all the people we saw checking out that a room could not have been ready sooner than regular check in The gentleman that checked us on was very polite and assured us that a room would be ready soon Feeling as if we should return to Bailys They had our room ready by 1000 the last time we came Trying to be polite Katy F Sent from my iPhone Waiting to check in

Whoever writes the updates in this app should be promoted I stayed at the mgm grand and everything I wanted to do was described in such great detail and was so up to date and accurate As a first time visitor and soon to be vegas perennial I am thankful for having an app like this to help me out Best Vegas app ever

MGM Grand is a great application for those who want to see what the casino has to offer A listing of all the services amenities events and room features that are offered are detailed inside the application Users can save and make notes or anything MGM Grand has to offer Users can even take tours of certain areas inside MGM Grand Navigation within this heavily detailed app is easy with a top menu for saved information and a bottom menu for exploration of categories listed Anyone who plans to visit MGM Grand would be wise to download this application as a resourceful companion MGM Grand

Real cool MGM app that features lots of hotel info things to do vegas strip map and best of all there are some promotions on here worth looking at Great promos in this app
In certain areas of the app I keep getting a communication error popping up every second and have to keep exiting that page and going back to it to refresh the info list and description Otherwise itd be a very good app Communication error message
I had zero problems with this and thought it had a great floor plan great directory great room details and especially great info about the restaurants Easily one of the best hotel apps Ive ever used Impressive app
