The app is very outdated and it definitely need work The last update was 8 months ago and is in desperate need of an update Technology is changing rapidly and you must keep up with it or your not going to get good reviews The app is a little slow and having to wait for a simple task makes it inconvenient and annoying I think this app needs new and convenient ways to login which I will list bellow Face unlock new phones now have a new way of unlocking your phone and filling in passwords with the scanning of your face Some phones have the ability to unlock your phone with this feature and purchase items but all except one can accurately and safely do this That phone is the iPhone X which cannot be tricked by a picture or mask of you If you ever did add this feature I suggest only make it available for the iPhone X because it s the only phone that can safely pull it off Adding this feature into the login procedure would make logging in convenient and even more safe Passwords are indeed safe but can be hacked but with your face it would be much safer since no one can hack your face The iPhone X no longer has Touch ID which is the scanning of your finger which leads me into my second feature Touch ID almost every halfway decent phone now has this feature This feature has been around since 2013 and is also highly secure less secure than Face ID but still very secure With both of these features the app would be much more convenient and safe The app also has a problem with design and speaking of the iPhone X this problem is associated with it The iPhone X has a different screen size which means any app has to make an update in order for that phone to run smoothly Since this app is not optimized for this phone which I might say isn t the only phone with this issue The app shrinks the screen and displays black bars at the top and bottom of the screen making it annoying since most of the screen isn t being used This app has problems in speed as well and these problems need to be fixed I don t know if about how other people feel but it s quite annoying when you have a slow app that barely works on your phone There s also a problem where if you exit the app for even a second it has to reload         Outdated Less Time To Open Chests

This banking app is just not good I m glad that a smaller bank like Merchants even has an app but it s like they didn t even try to make it nice Separate username password from the website means managing two complex passwords for the same institution Old pre iPhone5 resolution means blurry images and huge old keyboard on any modern device from the last 5 years No touch face ID for secure authentication No bill pay Hasn t been updated in 8 months as of today 12 19 2017         Outdated shaungc
