This is a flakey app that doesnt do much of anything You can find information faster and do things easier by just logging into KPs mobile website with your iPhone NOT worthwhile
Its great that I can email my doctor and check my upcoming appointments from this app I just sent my doctor an email while I was out at dinner so convenient Wish the look and feel of the app was a little up to date to be honest But otherwise its a useful app Awesome app
This is a cool app Much easier and quicker than the other Kaiser App Wonderful App
I havent been able to choose a doctor in years I can only seem to pick a nurse practitioner who can never write a prescription Havent had a Kaiser primary doctor since the 90s Should say email health care professional
The app is now rated 17 and I cannot update due to parental controls The old version is inferior to the web portal and the update is blocked so using the Internet portal is the only choice left Parental Controls Block is App

Update this bug still hasnt been fixed The current version no longer lets you paste your password I use a password manager on my phone to maintain secure passwords and this means I simply cant log in Cant paste password
Downloaded this app to see how it was different from the other KP app for California Like the other reviews said it doesnt allow you to log in even though I tried multiple times and I know my details for sure because I was just logged in on my computer and the other app Deleted this one right away Not useful at all Cant log in
Very handy and informative Excellent application
So far this app has been nothing but helpful The ease of writing emails to my doctors is helpful as well as checking on scheduled appointments receiving general health tips and much more My doctor has just informed me that we can set up a video appointment in lieu of a phone appointment I prefer not to go into the doctor unless it is necessary This saves a lot of time 4 stars because typing an email in the app can be slow in the beginning and if you take too long to send it it might have logged you off so when you click send it tells you that you need to log back in but you have lost what you had already written Great App so far

After updating to the latest version and signing in it crashes much faster than it can launch Crashing
Latest app has a much nicer UI but basic things like retrieving your doctor message is super slow Eventually it timed out and signed me out of the app Nicer UI but veeery buggy

I tried to get the standard KP app with no success so I went for the NorCal version and was able to log in and make appointments etc It is super easy to navigate and makereschedule appointments see and manage my childrens stuff and contact our docs Its all I really need and so easy to use Very pleased Good so far
I have another version of KP app that allows me to order my prescriptions and see my test results within the app I just downloaded this version thinking it also had those features but it does not This app would be almost perfect if you could include those features also I would like to have only 1 KP app instead of 2 Could be better
I dont understand why they changed the app it looks nice but I do not see where you can schedule an appointment with your physician just call or send a message Cant not schedule an appointment

Not sure why I need two Kaiser apps but this little app for NorCal works great and is easy to use Changing apps to where I am on preventive care Works great
I thought this app definitely load faster and looks nicer but it does not allow you to make appointments or view lab results Feel redundant and waste of time to have two apps one for a little different reasons I rather keep the kaiser permanente app because that one have full function from emails to making appts and reviewing lab results Incomplete app
Basically a slimmed down version of the KPorg app You cannot refill prescriptions or review lab results with this app but you can with the KPorg app the two features I use most often I will probably stick to the older app until those features are added to this one Not as good as KPorg app

With the most recent update my appointments in the Adult Psychiatry department are gone Now I only see appointments from the medical offices which is the same as the National Kaiser app Im so upset about this I am fairly active at the Adult Psych offices and being able to double check my appointments on the app was VERY helpful Now what do I do New update ruined this app for me

Why remove that Is it possible to even email your doctor The point to a mobile app should be to allow you to do same as a web page Frustrating since last Kaiser app I just had allowed it No appointment scheduling
