Crashes immediately     Useless

This app has been steadily improving since inception Of the four banks and brokerage firms I work with JPM has consistently been at or near the leading edge while maintaining great usability and stability Deep and useful information retrieval as well as a good toolbox for financial life                 Solid and usable

I use BofA also and its check deposit is much smoother and user friendly Problems with JP check deposits on the iPad A1396 Crashes requiring relogin Upon relogin the Take Photo window is too small After retaking photo screen is correct size Doesnt always read check number correctly and cannot edit Take Photo button doesnt register touch readily Requires several repeated touches or great care to actually take a picture Frequently rejects checks with Error in the deposit This requires multiple reentries and occasionally manual deposit Rejects large check amounts without announcing what the limit is Frequently error with Amount entered does not match photo Requires retaking the photo Confuses the routing number correction is not ok Then retake photo is ok With all of these problems I may just manually deposit next time Again I do not see any of these problems with BofAs app        Many deposit glitches

Really nice job with this app great to see the investments views Keep the updates coming and try to get research on the app next                 Great App

Crashes every time when trying to look at account activity     Crashes

It used to work just fine but starting today it crashes every time upon logging in     What happened

I use this daily in fact its the first app I open every morning One suggestion is to add a Total line at the bottom of the Balance Sheet section on the top left corner of the home screen                 Great Improvement Over the Previous Version

Basic layout but sometimes basic is better Easy to use and great improvement over the last version Keep it up                 Well done JPM
