The reason it doesnt work is because your TV is suppose to be Sony Works
I got this app for my Sony TV it did not work It was also upside down so annoying I would not recommend this app Upside Down

So let me get this right I spend yet another 50 for a virtual remote like the real one that I already own just so can plug a lame physical attachment into the bottom of my Apple device And that device is sure to eventually fall out and find its way under the couch Thats pretty dumb I guess youd have to be a pretty devoted remote user to want this No personal offense but if you bought this you got played Joke

Its supposed to be upside down The hardware piece goes in the port on the bottom of your iPhone and has to be pointed at the tv when you send a command so the app is upside down Looks great
