I have a MacBook Air running OSX Yosemite and an Airport Extreme router Yesterday I was in Axis Chat twice with the same technician about not being able to get a factory reset on my Axis M 1004W via the control button The need to do this was the result of trying to go with the Axis Dynamic DNS service We played with port settings etc without success and without being able to access the camera The solution IP Camera Utility for Axis By EyeSpyFX This great little utility is in the Mac App Store it was well worth the 9 99 cost It found the Axis M1004 W immediately and enabled me to access the Axis live view and setup via my Safari browser I then was able to do a factory reset from within the Axis software and most importantly delete the Axis Dynamic DNS registration Now with it all working great again instead of not properly learning how to set up Axis Dynamic DNS I now can take more care getting it properly configured                     Solved my problem in 2 minutes Zopkios
