I would love to see the following added andor updated Higher Resolution for largerbetter print quality and detailing Easier way to change default black background color Option to import a photo background I love this app but I would like to see higher resolutions for better print quality Also I would love for the black outer ring to be fixed when trying to change the background color while using the rosette symmetry option It would be awesome to be able to change the entire background color instead of just around the design                 Features Request

For 14 years I have wanted something JUST like this it gives me many choices to change how many times ths design is mirrored I have only used it a few times But I Realy wanted to leave a review causeyou need to know Id even pay for this Possibly there is a Pro version I am trying to understand What that will enable Id love this to be on my Laptop as well Top all this off You get to anamate what you just did and save it Oh Boy thank you for such a Lovely app linda ann                 Oh myWhat Fun I hope this app Stays you should get it

I love how the design will redraw each stroke when you choose a new matrix I would like to be able to save more than 20 designs for continuation later but you can save stages to your photos                 Fascinating design tool

Ive never been a heavy user of digital drawing programs being a bit old school designer and preferring pen paper actually This app can do so many cool things I love it Only problem is it has started crashing a lot lately Boo                 Oh no Ive found my addiction

I really do love this application It is relaxing and fills a need to just be creative without much thought put into it It also has an element of mathematics that I adore There is one thing I would love to see save the drawing animation when it redraws to a GIF Sometimes when it draws it is so cool to watch the previous progress especially when Ive spent a great deal of time on something to see it unfold quickly                 Love this app

This will help students to rapidly see the power of transformational geometry to form patterns                 Great for Geometry

Hours will go by while you are creating perfect symmetrical designs plus a million variations and new iterations Oh and it teaches you math                 Its a universe of wonder

This is a fantastic visual toy along with being a great tool for some pretty serious digital art Thanks for making it so powerful and easy to use MC Escher would have gone crazy with a tool like this You too will never have to use somebody elses wallpaper again If you read the tutorials and try out the tips you really can do some very sophisticated patterns The tips are a great resource and make a huge difference in getting the most out of the app Even though you cant save and edit the same Ornament again and theres no eyedropper tool for picking up existing colors the UI is really good and responsive so you can draw and layer up strokes very nicely Finally this app is quite simply delightful it inspires delight when you use it Really Theres something deeply intriguing about seeing how to get a pattern to work and how the different symmetry settings can create a completely new pattern from the same strokes Plus the developer is very passionate and is curating a lovely gallery of user submissions                 Amazingly beautiful and addictive perfect for making wallpaper

I could write about how fun it is to use this app and applaud the inclusion of rich information about pattern design mathematics and history but I really want to praise it for the beautiful stunning results anyone can achieve Wow Get the Pro version its so very worth the extra dollar You will not want to put your technology down once youve started on a design                 Enchanting engaging beautiful fun

Im enjoying this app a lot The only thing I cant find so far is how to easily switch to a different background color Maybe its there If not how about adding the option              Background options would be nice

I like the different patterns that you can use It plays your design back for you Its fun to watch your design developYou can try the different patterns with the same design and might even find one you like better There are several options to save the ones you want to keep Its very fun to play with              Fun to play with

Fun from the first ornament and beyond              I love it

Sorry to throw a wet blanket on this but this app is all about creating repetitious patterns There is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to turn your design into an ornament I was expecting maybe a print and fold or a way to transfer the pattern you make but there is none of that So what u have here is an interesting pattern designer with no way to apply what you created Fail Rename it and Ill give it a few stars     No Ornaments here at all

Ive been spending way too much time with the iOrnament app and am absolutely loving it Its extremely easy to use very entertaining and full of fascinating information The app is great fun to use as an idle doodling tool its easy to quickly sketch out some mesmerizing patterns But Ive also found it very useful as a serious tool for helping me design some new prints Ive been making I can also imagine teachers using it in art mathematics and history classes it includes some great educational resources                 Captivating
