It is a good app but takes too long to process a check I would recommend it to a friend              Good App

Ive reviewed this app twice and it keeps getting better I dont use it often but today when I cashed a check it had better image capturing and after it did a prereview it prompted for a final picture of the check with VOID written on it Great new security feature Fast processing and Im glad I still have the app                 More Improvements

This app is great I havent had any issues out of it Very resourceful It processes at night too Awesome                 Great App Very Resourceful

I have made over a dozen attempts to cash several different checks to my card with this app and only once has it worked and that was after it didnt work the first time I tried to cash the same check I hoped this app would save me the time it takes to go to the bank to cash my checks but its only proven to be a huge time waster     Almost completely dissatisfied

Super easy got my check in my account within 3 mins So awesome                 Was a lil skeptical

I had to take a couple pictures before I could get a clear pic I was using an iPhone 6 plus so Im assuming it must of been the phone operators fault hehe lol but other than that I had my 900 in under 10 mins and never had to leave the house Love this app                 Great App

Absolutely love it Can add my cards and quickly add money Should change the 5 fee to 3 though And it takes long time for it to load normal period But other than that love it              Awesome

Actually had a paycheck from a Major hospital in my area After trying to cash my PAYROLL check I was told I HAD to go back to my job and fill out paperwork so my check can get cashed If we do all the work what are their outrageous fees for So I said NO THANKS to their demands and went to a check cashing service on Jefferson Ave in buffalo NY Who was more then happy to cash my PAYROLL check for a small fee AND I didnt have to do an hours worth of paperwork at my job beforehand I signed in to cash a check just now and it stated My last transaction was too risky so we are closing your account Are they referring to me refusing to do all the legwork so they could charge me a FEE Because that was never cashed so how is that a transaction The only transaction was a 1000 check before that Of which they took 5 Way to pray on people Ingo I am sure you wont be around to much longer you cant force people to pay or cancel their account Sounds like something Atty Generals would be interested in STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY You do have better choices     Worst App I Have Seen To Date

The app was very slow on my IPhone 5c It timed out 3 times when I used it around 1100pm EST on a Monday night Its a good app but it took over 20 minutes to deposit a personal check from a friend Oh yeah the account holder of the check has to be available by phone to validate the check to the Ingo representative My friend had to tell how we were related the reason for the check Our reasons had to match              The app

It was fast and easy and if it didnt work I would of been stranded cause someone paid me with a check on Sunday and I was broke and low on gas 1 hour away from home Awesome                 Great I will use this app non stop

My boss rights me personal checks I work at the post office as a substitute mail carrier and I dont have a real bank account so the only want to put the money on my account is to use this app and after the third month of using it they kicked me off saying I was a high risk of fraud or something All my checks were good but now its embarrassing having my boss cash my checks for me     TERRIBLE

If youre pay checks are hand signed they dont consider that a payroll check and they charge you 4 of your hard earned money just to cash a check If you like flushing money down the toilet Ill give you my PayPal account info and you can send it my way This app is a huge rip off     Huge rip off

I cant my checks from work anywhere in my area I dont have a bank account all the check cash places and Walmart said they cant confirm it Ingo cashed my checks But the charge me 3 percent since Im a contractor and not on employee payroll so its pricey But its my only option in a pinch The first card I used was the only1 card I did everything and even wrote void on the check only to find out that they actually dont load to that card I went to store and got a paypower card and it loaded But it was stressful being broke and my 2400 check had void written over the front and I couldnt access the cash It eventually worked If you have no options to cash checks or are lazy or just dont care about the money I recommend this app              A few hiccups but good

This app service is extremely misleading I wrote a check to myself to deposit in a pre paid Visa account It turns out that Ingo wont process single party checks to ones self even if there is adequate money in the account to cover the check I called customer service got nowhere Completely useless totally unreliable service I would give Ingo 10 stars if I could     Very Poor Misleading Service

I soooooo love this Ingo app It saved me so much time to deposit checks in my account Having to go from work to school Im able to handle my business on the go instead of wasting time in long lines I recommend this app to everyone you will not be disappointed                 GREAT APP
