I use this App several times a month and it works perfectly Most of the time you can book it here cheaper than the actual Hotel Half the time I wait until the last second to book a room and this makes it super easy The free room after 10 nights is also a big win Best Hotel app out there

Im a first timer Only drawback was no refund if we cant stay full 4 days reserved Dont think this is right I can see a minimum of 2 days or something but no refund to leave early is quite a penalty n makes cost more than regular booking rate Easy to use

I love earning stays I love the PayPal option The confirmation email they send makes it quick to use the GPS on my phone The hotel reviews and pictures are very helpful in choosing a place to stay But sometimes the app acts up and does odd things like not searching correctly or showing a limited view of options Then the next day Ill search the same thing and there will be more availability than the day before But overall I use the app a lot Great for planning trips

I was traveling in Canada and used this app to book a room in Canada for 13100 After I booked it it told me that the price would be 19200 Canadian I think the prices should be in local currency or at least marked as what currency they are quoting Beware of Currency Shifts

When working with the staff at hotelscom they do a fabulous job of working with our company We use the app for our traveling technicians The app however keeps seeming to get lost It never had this problem previously but now if you exit a successful search for some reason it can not find the address you just searched Even though you kept the previous one The people are great the app keeps getting lost
