The resolution is the lowest quality Monitor has NO night vision The APP is not responsive PS I returned the monitor and deleted the app Waste of time and money Disappointing

When it opens you have to sign up but when you do it wont go any further after filling out information because a pop up comes up stating that only letters az numbers 09 hyphen and underscore are allowed I even went to computer page and theres no help for the mobile app I have done everything right but this screen keeps popping up so maybe that should be looked at Theres a bug
