Whatever they did they killed this app It used to be my favorite but now I cant log in anymore or access my records     Used to be great

I really like this app it is perfect for showing insurance companies I can now document items I own that doesnt have a serial number I wish it would show the total value of the items you own Ive never had any problems with it or crashes                 Jemullins1

Ive had this app for about a year Thought it would be a good idea to inventory the new stuff from Christmas yesterday App decided it didnt want to sync with the website and then started crashing Robb answered my support request in less than hour late on a Sunday night And then spent more than a couple hours fixing the problem Ive never had support like that Deduct half a star because it crashed but other than that totally worth it                 Best Customer Support EVER

If Home Inventory really wants to compete as an inventory app it simply MUST allow mass changes either in the app itself or via the web interface It is amazingly inefficient to go through hundreds of items applying your ONE insurance policy to all of them Bar code scanning needs to happen as does improving the reliability of syncing On numerous occasions I have added items via the web pressed Sync Now on my iPhone then waited for hours before I could add a picture from my iPhone This app could be so much better Unfortunately the shortcomings are so fundamental to the structure of the app that I dont see the outstanding issues being resolved without a major update Who knows when that will happen        Much room for improvement

Poorly written program I entered 87 items which were no longer there when I next ran the app Apparently if you are disconnected from the Internet while entering data it just goes away Also I am getting sick of getting iPad apps that are just iPod apps that I have to run 2x and stare at pixels the whole time Just make the thing fullscreen on iPad and make a separate version for iPodiPhone already More importantly though it should work which this doesnt I would give zero stars if I could     I want my money back

This is a good inventory program It works pretty much the way it is described It is easy to build up an inventory with attaching photos It prints very useful reports as well I give it 3 stars because of its occassional slowness For me it is quicker and easier to take the pictures with the iPhone and then later build the inventory list on the PC using the online program However their server is painfully slow during peak times during the day It takes forever to make just one change to one item on the inventory list It seems to works fine during non peak evening hours Overall I recommend the program Just speed it up please           Good Program but Painfully Slow at Times

Every time I create a category the app crashes     crashes

I created some items worked online with them and now every time I open an item the app crashes Running ios5        Good start but crashes now

Big waste of time so far If they fix the syncing problem it would be worth the time inputing Do not waste your time with this app until they fix the syncing        Will not Sync with Web site

This is a decent app It looked better than the others and works well Unfortunately when the website is not working which has been a few times since I bought this the app doesnt work at all without any message It means were locked out of our inventory entirely           Decent When It Works

Worked fine for some time Now it fails to sync Followed FAQ posted online also posted problem to their techsupportthey havent contacted me yet All my entries are now lost Who makes this crappy apps     Avoid

This Home Inventory app hasnt worked since the last few iOS updates I have tried emailing the developer but you can only get so far in the complaint section before it freezes up unable to continue to contact the developer I guess thats the easiest way to never receive any complaints Since the developer cant be contacted and all of my entered items obviously lost Ill have to find another inventory app where the developer actually cares about their app and the customers     Hasnt worked in a long time

You guys havent had an update in over a year Either have the app removed so other paying customers dont get taken or get on board with the rest of the big boys in the app business This is ridiculous I wish there were negative stars     Remove from appstore

App was OK until 1 updating to iOS5 on iPhone 4 2 cannot transfer data from 4 to 4S At this time app is useless does not allow one to decommission old phone until data transfer problem is corrected or another app is used with manual data transfer Also needs OTA Over The Air sync     V132 will not sync with iOS5

I just purchased this app today even with the bad reviews and I guess its true wont sync with the server just sits there with the little wheel turning 20 mins and I would imagine will keeping going I have to say that this point in time that Im disappointed     WONT SYNC

I was dissapointed after downloading only to have less features then other free versions related to inventory at least they have a barcode scanner recognition saves a lot of time capturing home artifacts eg electronic equipment           No Barcode Scanner

REQUIREMENTS Compatible with iPhone 3G 3Gs 4 iPod touch and iPad this is incorrect i went to the support page filled out the form to email my problem and there was no send button LOL i would like to have my 500 back the program is a good idea if it worked     IPAD Compatible that is funny

I have yet to be able to even launch the app because it will not sync Im trying to get my money back     No Good

This is a good app and could be a great app Thanks Robb for fixing my problems I am going to stick it out Looking forward to even a better app                 Great app

Like other reviewers this app has gone downhill Loses data and doesnt sync Supports solution is to say the file is corrupt and resets your password     Poor App Poor Support

Just what Ive been looking for I live in a flood zone and lost almost everything last year in a noreaster Then I had to dig threw all the wreckage to try and list items lost for the heartless insurance adjustor I swore I would never do that again Now with the help of this app Ill have a list of everything Ready to print From anyplace online I hope I never need it but its awesome to know its there                 Fantastic

Not a good start to this experience I just downloaded the app registered for the service typed in my user name and passwordand the danged thing wont sync with the server So I went to the Internet website where they admit theyre having problems and are working on fixing it STUPID Please fix it quickly since at this point youve basically STOLEN my money     Frustrated

I have been using this app for almost a year After multiple emails to the developers it till will not sync It shows i have 46 items to sync but it wont sync Poor app doesnt work never will work Last email i got from them they were working on a fix for the new apple firmware Totally useless Save your money     Will not sync

I tried the free version and compared to some of the home inventory programs I looked at 499 seemed like a bargain so I antied up Easy to install and use I was having a syncing problem and contacted customer service A couple of emails later in less than 24 hours everything was running well Even through it is much quicker and easier to enter data on line from my computer I love being able to enter receipts during the kids practice I am so much more likely to stay on top off this doing a couple of items at a time rather than sitting down with a pile of receipts and making a project out of it Works for me Im very satisfied              I like it

This is a good app It makes an otherwise tedious job alot easier It would be helpful to be able to maintain more than one inventory list under one login and then share them with family so that they may be viewed or edited Nice              Nice app

Used the app for a couple months now I cant log in Login screen locks up on both my iPhone and iPad When I try to log in online it fails and when I try to reset my password online it sends an email link to a new registration page which errors when I attempt to use the same usernameemail address Incredibly frustrating update weeks later and still cant log in on my iPhone 4s Ive deleted the app and reinstalled without any change Every time I click on an item to get into details it crashes I can only access my data on my laptop     Messed up

I bought this app three weeks ago as it stated that the bugs in version 132 had been resolved I downloaded version 133 and it doesnt work It synchs but leaves everything still as a pending transaction I submitted a support case by email but even though they state a 48 hour response there has been none I submitted a second email last week but still no response I finally submitted a third email stating that I would open a credit card dispute over the charge for the app and will see what happens STEER CLEAR OF THIS SOFTWARE AND GOTTA HAVE IT SOFTWARE INC     Doesnt work and has no support whatsoever

I thought sync would be optional but this app forces me to make an account in order to use this app Also it syncs automatically and there is no way tyrning it off           Forced to sync

This would be a great app but it losses data and wont sync As of today all the items I entered over 100 with photos have disappeared Such promise but complete lack of delivery     Wont sync and losses data

Follow the directionson their website and you should be able to sync After days of doing it myself I read the instructions and was able to sync Good app Didnt lose any data or pics              Follow the Directions

I wish I had listened to all that negitive comments about this program This is such a CRAP program For a premium price I expected premium results but only got well a whole lotta nothing I tried the demo lite first before I paid such a high price it worked flawlessly The full version does NOT sync with the server update locally what information is inputted many other problems too numerous to list here There is even NOT an option to can the server just use locally I AM contacting Apple for a refund of this JUNK     There is no 0 star rating 1 is the lowest

How can I get my money back Does not sync and cant find a way to delete an item Does not have a help section at all in the app Just spent cash for something I can do in a spread sheet This app should have never been released without more debug and simpler user options like DELETE Again How do I get my money back     Could much better Do not purchase until some updates have been made

Pros Customer service is excellent You can use it online or on your iPad Cons They dont allow the characters and If you enter online it doesnt sync with your iPhone Froze twice couldnt recover info on my iPhone I could get the info to sync online but it took about 12 hours to sync 473 objects           Overall good program

Dont see how some think its slow We are currently going from MS office to this Works great and you can add and edit categories Helps keep track of who has what signed out Versatile                 Great

Despite a recent update this app crashes every time after start up if I try to open and edit items This happens on both my ipad2 and iPhone 4s Ridiculous     Relentless crashes

sync issues with IPAD enter items and then they just disappear Had to rebuild database a few times finally gave up want my money back     Not Ready

Does everything it is said to However adding new items is so slow Recommended using a barcode scanner to speed up the process but nothing so far Currently using Grocery Gadget not as detailed but lets me quickly get everything in a list using its barcode scanner Hopefully the list can be transferred over at a later time        Laborious Input Methods

Truly the Best Inventory available Has come a long way just in the past 6 months It is customizable to your needs Problem Only one photo is viewable but you can upload 9 Easy linked Laptop to iPhone vice versa Pretty happy with it Great personal support Thank you              BEST Inventory App Period

App wont sync cant download my data What a waste Paid for nothingshame on you guys for duping your customers     No Customer Service Dont Buy

The online version works but fro quite a while the IPad and IPhoen wont open on device Have written Support several times without a response     Wont syn with devices

This app is one of the BEST I have ever gotten It is very useful and I have all of my hundreds of items inventoried with it The convenience of going around the house with my IPHONE taking pictures of my possessions cannot be overstated In the past I hesitated tackling such a big job but not anymore Whats more I can do the typing on my computer where the keyboard is a lot more convenient For a while the app was updated and it started crashing This caused much frustration for me The developer however kept working at it with his programmers and he has finally fixed it The problem was with the server and not the app itself I highly recommend to everyone who needs a great inventory app to invest in Home Inventory and you wont be disappointed A version 2 is being prepared which I am sure will also be a hit Keep up the good work                 Update problem RESOLVED

Downloaded the app and entered all my information Now I cant even log in It just stays frozen at the log in screen All the work to enter the information was a waste of time     Useless

Loved it before but upgrade will not sync with my iPad and trashed some of the entries I had made on iPhone even though I carefully followed upgrade instructions to delete first from device and do upgrade via computer and USB        Dont upgrade yet

I loved this app until the sync issue This has been ongoing for over a year and no updates I paid good money for this app and it continues to go down hill Please update and I will continue to use Otherwise I wont recommend your product again        When is 20 coming out
