I have played this game for several months and about a month ago an update came out so I updated and I am not a happy camper I had to completely start over I lost everything I had built up up to that point I had a lot of stuff accumulated and now I have NOTHING and I am outraged I think we should be compensated somehow Im not asking for money I just want my stuff back Tis makes me not want to play this game any longer G needs to go back and give us our stuff backour helpers to find objects when we get stuck     Hiddenland HD

New update is extremely disappointing to a longtime player Although you are promised a transfer of your crystals gold and characters that doesnt actually happen Then you have to start completely from the beginning as in unlocking all the buildings opening the portal to the past etc If you are new to the game its nice However I do not consider erasing all my hours of progress and improvement by any stretch of the imagination VERY DISSAPPOINTING     Dont Update

So far its good The characters are fun and the challenges not too difficult I enjoy the difference in search areas when in the past or present                 Good

I rated this game 1 star because it isnt fun anymore It may as well be a paid game as everything costs gems you must pay for Valuable items are seldom found More and more restrictions in the game make it nigh impossible to achieve anything unless of course you want to spend money So disappointing The game designers need to rethink their motives if they actually want players     More quests please

Well the last upgrade promised your diamonds would transfer and they did BUT Everything you had played to get to the level you had disappeared You had to start at the bottom and lost all the coins tokens and amount of money you had Very poor planning on their part Becoming very stupid     Last upgrade stunk

Finally the new iPad version So glad to see my favorite game becomes better Im looking forward for newer updates and other improvements                 Very interesting

Has interesting story line pleasant graphics and is fun and easy to play Cant wait for more updates                 Great Game

I have not been able to get into this game Comes up with error and says I need to sign on Ive done that and as it down loads to start the gameit gets half way and then kicks me out Please fix this Thanks Ps I deleted the game and then opened it upim back to playing but Im at level 5 or 6 when I was at level 89 I dont like thatl was ding great now I have to start all overI agree with the wheel toi never get crystals and I dont like the 24 hr Wait time to spin        New Game

Have not been able to play the game on my IPad since the 0218 update I really like the game but wish I could use the gold I accumulate to buy some items Also the wheels of fortune seem to be rigged so I never win crystals odds should be one in six more like one in three hundred Well it has been nearly a month and I still cannot play the game It starts loading gets to the half way point and then crashes Please fix it           Update problem

Among other things that changed with new updatespins no longer give good rewards They only give one chest now and that chest only contains one item No more other chests No more field glasses for helping find itemsthe new update strips the game even more to try to get you to pay money to play BUNK Finally deleted this crap after putting in many months of time Beware of games made by Game Insight theyre pretty but clearly geared towards the company making money in a fashion other than because people are enjoying their game Try Secret Society for a more fair and less restricted feeling game Ive been playing that one for just as long I thought I liked hidden lands I dont even want to capitalize their name anymoresmh more but they disrespect their players If youve just found this game youll love the heck out of it but thats because you wont know what the game used to play like When I read the reviews months agoI heard people griping about privileges and activities being taken away or further restrictedas if the BOSS called a meeting with the magicians and told them Theyre having too much fun Put them on a permanent timeout Thats always a red flag Ignoring your I guesscustomers And start pushing the needle to the redline for Cash or stop playing our games Period Weve already made a profit and we have many of you and more coming Well that was fun for a while your games were alright too I think I still have one of your games left on my ipad I downloaded it a few days agoehh its fun for nowbut so were the other two Ill just delete it when it starts acting too crazy Its already hiding glasses under hatsnot inunder No possible way to find unless I used a tool which I certainly wouldnt need to use because they give you a gang of timelike 430 minutes or somethingonto which you can add 2 more minutesgo figuretoo much time in a hidden picture game This one seems rushed Im playing it now mainly to see in what direction their going I wallet is a purseokay I can dig it but theres a purse in the sceneoh thats a clutchokay and because in the last scene I figured out that the hourglass was now a clockin this scene theres an hourglass ohhhhand a hidden traditional clockclevermixin it up Yeah now youre cooking with bacon Make sure you download but dont invest any money in hotel enigma Youll see what Im talking about Its fun for fun     Crap I quit They made everything even harder New update bad

Whoa Finally I can start once again I spent all my crystals unwisely and spoiled my game That was really great chance to start once again Ill be more careful this time especially now as Ive got more crystals and other awesome things Cool update thanks                 Very pleased

Did the update everything is gone and you only get a small worthless fraction of what you had All progress sun and moon tokens structures power ups and time all gone Will be uninstalling and its a shame as this was one of my favorites     Disapointted

Yes it is fun The daily coin award to the five day diamond award does not always populate so three days into it you might have to start over Otherwise no complaints              Agree its fun

Its too hard to open new rooms and finish quests without buying the premium currency and the most recent update erased all progress and inventory     Just when you think youre getting somewhere

Would have dropped the stars to one if the review panel would have allowed Do not count on reasonable support for this game Once it was an ok way to pass the time now it just a nightmare If you update the game you go back to the beginning Not cool This is a game created by folks who are not very interested in keeping their players playing Unless you are willing to pay money for game tools and such it takes forever to get anywhere in the game I play for fun not to be social so the Facebook connection is lost for me too It would be nice if it were not so difficult to earn within the game to move it along        Awful

Gameplay is fun and there is certainly enough to do But try to get the seven items you need to complete a quest by chance upon completing scenes Ridiculous Way too dependent on crystals which are very hard to come by They should be in the easy slots and fortune wheel games as should at least some amount of energy recharge But the worst are the drop rates by far        Drop rates are abysmal

Such an awesome update Im really happy cause now I play all day both FB and iPad My friends are also very pleased they say they dont have to start once again I play HL since the very beginning and now its gonna be twice more fun with the same game progress on iPad It feels amazing                 Love it

This started as a good game But it keeps changing to force you to buy crystals I stayed with the game when the spin the wheel stopped awarding crystals even though it says you could win crystals Then when you earn 5 crystals after a week of daily visits it steals your crystals no matter how careful you are collecting your tokens or searching an area If you are going to force people to pay to play the game at least be up front and honest about it I am very disgusted with Game Insight And there used to be a lot of reviews on this game Now I am sure they are all bad     Disappointing and dishonest

So after the upgrade you have to choose your version and youre told your gold and diamonds will transfer But NOTHING else does Youre back to zero level This stinks     Upgrade More like wipe out

Update I have had mixed feelings about this game ever since the famous update where they basically forced you to start over since the option to keep everything somehow didnt work Initially I liked having a chance to start over knowing a bit more about how the game worked so I could be more savvy about how I played But most things didnt really change You still need to collect 2024 items to exchange for one building You cant move past certain challenges without building them You need crystals to do pretty much anything Theyre designing the game to try to force you to spend real money on it eventually to buy crystals if you ever want to get ahead And I kind of understand that they are a business they need to make money However as usual this update has been riddled with bugs and errors Just recently the game started crashing every time I go to the past Even before that it was running very sluggishly and prone to freezing up It also crashes when I click on the Game Center link which means it is impossible for me to even request any tech support The programmers for this game seem very amateur If you cant make updates to a program without causing serious errors like this then guess what You are NOT GOOD at your job And if the company as a whole cant produce games that run the way they are supposed to then they have serious business model flaws So why would I ever want spend my money on a company that clearly is producing a defective product I will never make any of the inapp purchases and I will not be playing any other games by this developer I used to really enjoy this game but it seems like every update is making it more and more restrictive to play if youre not willing to spend real life money on it which Im not going to do The latest update now only allows you three token spins every 24 hours which seems punitive after I spent a long time getting my buildings constructed to the point that they would pay me lots of tokens per day Also almost 90 of the time when I search a building or defeat an enemy the reward I get is pearls which are basically worthless towards completing tasks Simple probability would indicate that in over 200 supposedly random chance things like spins where there are only 8 possible outcomes each one should have happened at least once but when this doesnt happen it makes me feel like the results are being manipulated by the program I just feel that the developers have set the algorithms for the game to favor worthless prizes on spins scene completions and the like so that they can try and force people to buy the things they need to complete quests This game is just no fun to play anymore     Once cool now boring updated

I really enjoy wasting time on this gamethe searches are funand interesting challengesI wish it were easier to earn energy and diamonds              Fun

I love the game But the update brought you back to the beginning And whenever you have to find hand print there is nothing there you have to waste your crystal ball to find it Not happy        Update was terrible

Very frustrating You cant get from level to level because after searching just a couple of buildings the energy has gone Then you have to wait all day for the energy to rebuild Keep it just to have something to do Otherwise would delete        Energy stinks in this game

After 86 levels countless hours and too much money spent I am deleting the game I never get anything but pearls when I search areas I got crystals once doing the games but now all I get are useless things or gold which I cant use to buy anything useful It has become terribly boring time to move on     Im out

Greedy developers make the game unplayable An absolute joke to try and get some items The random slot machine and wheel have never and I repeat never landed on the 250 gems and Ive done EACH of them over 200 times It really too bad because I wouldnt mind spending some money if I knew the game was fair That being said Ill never spend a dime on your criminal game     What a ripoff

Its a fun game however my crystals keep turning up missing several times I have cleared a room only to be told there is one more item not listed forced to use a hint and then it wouldnt even register when I clicked on it If youre going to force me to buy an item then force me to use it the least you could do is give me back that item as a reward especially since it seems you are forcing the use of the item to teach us how to use it It seems there is a lot of work to do to clear out the many bugs Is this and Ill be happy to come back        Disappointing
