Very easy to report a problem helped by GPS pre documenting exact address where you are The best part of course is that the City takes care of the problem very rapidly at least with the graffiti chapter When it comes time to take a photo there is a Take Photo or Video button but it does nothing you have to go to your camera take a photo then back to the app and look for the picture you just took                 Great app with one small bug golden-berg

Look this app is for citizens of Long Beach who care about the city we reside in This app needs more promotional exposure to the public As a resident and home owner in North Long Beach I have used this to report graffiti illegally dumped trash in my Park Deforest and in and around my neighborhood This app really does work but like everything the city just needs to promote it more to engage the people of Long Beach                     Great App for LB residents who care E612

Love the app and its capabilities Superb response times from the city on graffiti and illegal dumping I ve not used it for much else My gripe is that the GPS does not work at least 50 of the time and manual address entry is tied to a functional GPS please undo this so that addresses can be manually entered whether or not the GPS is working Otherwise thank you LB             Needs improvement FixLongBeach

The app works well Allows me to submit issues to the city without having to call wait on hold or actually talk to anyone Response times are what they would be if I had called directly so dumped items usually 3 days potholes smaller than a VW 4 6 weeks Could use an option for shoes on wires since the city thinks they care about those now Also the number they have listed for parking maintenance I actually park maintenance Otherwise I m happy with it                 Great app Jessilee99

I have reported several pot holes and nothing was done by the close date Now the app won t even load since the update Grrrrrr     Not impressed LB resident

I had high hopes for this app but apparently the city doesn t respond I submitted 2 issues for potholes on different days in December 2010 the Expected Close Date for both have passed I was very detailed in their locations to try to help them locate the exact potholes No work has been done I understand that this city has thousands of potholes but what s the point of asking citizens to help you locate issues if you re just going to ignore them anyway What a waste     waste of time RickyLB

This app would be fantastic if the gps part worked every time I have an iPhone 4 so gps should be fine It s a crapshoot if it s actually going to work The idea is great and I love it when it works I hope they fix the issue         Works half of the time LSquires

Very impressed I submitted a sidewalk issue very easily using just this app and six days later including weekend it was being repaired Hopefully people will spread the word to all the residents of Long Beach and I hope the city keeps using this                     The cities response was great Bobbinc

Simple fast program to use However remains to be seen if issues are addressed by the city First minor feature add the ability to add to or modify issues Have the ability to tag issue direct to departments such as police fire etc Good concept program only time will tell if it works             Add minor features for 4 5 star GW1
