I have a foreign low frequency around 60 70Hz messing up with my ears in my home and I wanted something to easily match the exact frequency I hear Being able to fine tune the frequency in the free version it allowed me to precisely match the noise that is troubling me but I still can t identify the source though This app is perfect and the plethora of options in the free version made me review it without being asked to                     Useful ios 5 was the best

I have been working in professional audio for 30 years I tune rooms and speaker placement set up EQs tune subwoofer boxes find panel resonances etc This handy app has all the features I could ever need they are really usable and they are geared toward the pro audio user I tried 3 other frequency generator apps and this is superior by far Free version is fine but for 1 99 just go full Thanks                     Excellent Frequency And Noise Generator Not a fake user

Sorry I wrote the bad review on this one based on my experience with a different generator My son and used this one to drive an amp for a homemade Chladni plate and it was awesome how it was able to move up through the frequencies Son got an A on the project and was asked several times to repeat the experiment for others at school Sorry again Good job on the app                     Excellent Previous rating was a mistake Droobie-Doo

I use 440 all the time and I like combining it with 73 and the different background noises I use your app to study and to sleep Feature request I would like to identify a few to many different frequencies and play them in order backwards and or forwards or loop and set the length of time to hear each sound This could be great for practicing scales though this wasn t my original intention                     Best frequency app I have found Tinadevi

I was looking for just a frequency generator and the other apps I tried made it difficult to pinpoint on a single frequency This one not only allowed me to pick any specific frequency very easily it had many additional features that I was very pleased with This is a great app                     Excellent Koytch

Love all the features that other generator apps don t have worth the dollar or two ta unlock everything use this for mainly for testing out little speakers and PA system Also good for confusing your dog sweeping through square waves You could probably set save your own frequencies and use it how a dog trainer would use a clicker or treats                     Fun and functional FurrTacos

Great app five stars except the musical notes are all 440hz based and there is no way to change to 432hz which is a natural frequency Please include the option to allow users to designate a natural base frequency That way the note chart becomes more useful for everyone Thanks                 No 432hz Option civilkaos

It does just what I want It shows wave forms allows multiple frequency channels to be set up at will and has presets in both amplitude and frequency It s fully adjustable and what s most impressionable is that they ve added the frequencies of musical notes and the ability to play the tones each having its own button Very nice The only thing that might be improved is a futuristic look or some degree of styling but in terms of functionality it could not be better Thank you                     Great App Get it All bases coverd Creativity Cafe

As for functionality this app works great Here s the problem though It s pretty much useless if you actually want to use it because it only runs for a minute or so before it turns off and you re flooded with ads If you want a free that you can actually use look elsewhere I would buy the pro version except I m too annoyed with free version     You get what you pay for Nhtechie

I mostly use it for subwoofer tuning and port length adjusting I start at 20Hz and go up to around 150 I put a volt meter on the speaker I pick a comfortable volume level voltage and note the results on graph paper as I bump up the frequency in 10 Hz intervals The resulting high and low frequency peaks and central low voltage point are a very precise way to check speaker resonance and enclosure port tuning                     Great for Speaker and Subwoofer Testing PeterMars

Useful app for finding a good spot for a powered subwoofer I simply plugged my phone into the line in of my subwoofer using a 1 8 to RCA cable and sent a low tone to the sub while moving the sub and then myself in various places in my home theater until the note from the sub was clear on all the seating areas of the theater                     Useful KeithStan
