The Frontier Voicemail Viewer is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is available in multiple languages: English, Chinese, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese. It weighs in at only 49.1 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. Used to love this as our phone is a message only phone and I need to know immediately when we have a message left used to notify me with banner and sound when one came thru but now I only see it no sound at all when I open the app and look at message list This is basically useless to me now PLEASE CORRECT or UPDATE Seems to have lost this capability after updating to IOS 10 or 11         No notifications Gamerlover555

This app is basically just a rebranded version of the old SBC Global AT T Unified Messaging app If you re NOT a former SBC Global AT T Unified Messaging customer this app is NOT for you If you are a former SBC Global AT T Unified Messaging customer and you migrated your service to Frontier then the app is a good way to check your voice mail from an iPhone My only real gripe with it is that there doesn t seem to be a way to empty the trash all at once If you want to delete voicemails from the trash you need to delete each message individually which can get pretty tedious                 Works in CT for former SBC AT T Customers Bifferooni
Got the You are not authorized to use this application error message what I was using it for two years with my iPhone 5S but now that I ve upgraded to the 6S I m not authorized I ve been on the phone bounced between customer support tech support for three days trying to resolve this and my head is ready to explode I m done This app is useless if I can t log in     Not authorized beinuppity

When I had AT T for my landline I used my voice mail app constantly even though mine is a sub mailbox I can no longer do this because the Frontier app does not support sub mailboxes I only found this out by reading the residential FAQs page on the Frontier website Hopefully this will be rectified in the near future     Don t bother downloading if yours is a sub mailbox jjm_1965
I never thought I would miss AT T I never thought I would consider phone service from a cable company This app does not work The voicemail system using your home phone is cumbersome I have to log on the website to delete messages I may have to dig up my old answering machine which will be a huge improvement over this junk service By the way this is my first bad review ever Is zero stars an option     Horrible app by a horrible company GasDocMD
This application did not work at all when service was switched from ATT to Frontier on October 25 2014 Since I use voice mail as a part of my business and often forward my calls to a cell phone this was a disaster These problems were finally corrected on December 3 2014 when the application started working But this only happened after numerous calls to Frontier support and two calls to a Frontier VP After those calls a support person called me multiple times per day until they finally fixed their problem Since my business has suffered due to this problem and a couple of other Frontier problems i am not very enamoured with Frontier or their services         Finally Works kind of DLEbeme

Update turns out that there were incorrect settings in the business account of my employer were incorrect after the transition from AT T which caused this app to malfunction Customer service woes notwithstanding if you can get Frontier to get the settings for you account correct you ll be OK with this app Botched app matches botched service original review I m not sure why I would expect any different in the face of Frontier s makes the Healthcare gov rollout look smooth takeover of CT s AT T phone service but this app does not work at least for corporate accounts I d been using the AT T VM app for 2 years without incident and now SURPRISE this 3 week late app doesn t work It absolutely knows that I have an account because it gives a normal your password is wrong error when that happens but then gives a cryptic you are not authorized to use this application message when all is entered correctly Comically in this case it gives 2 options OK or Upgrade yeah like I m the guy at my company who could OK an upgrade it doesn t matter though since both actions do the same thing 100 failure I guess I ll keep looking at their VM web page which miraculously appears to work in the face of the torrent of technical incompetence CT has seen since 11 1 2014                 Works fine after e mailing the senior VP hmcnally

So far in addition to Frontiers telephone Internet and television service outages this Frontier voice mail message viewer seems to have everything except for the messages tab Im sure in time they will get it right ATT took a while to get Uverse working when it first came out Normally Im willing to take my bruises as an earlyadopter I just hate shlogging through a technology companys learning curve Nobody calls me anyway     App not functional

I like many other people can not get this app to work I called tech support today and was told that this app will not be functional until Dec 11 Plus this same issue affects checking messages via the Frontier voicemail portal on the web The ETA to repair this is guess when Dec 11 The only way you can check voicemail is to hit 98 on your phone and listen to them like it was 20 years ago Its amazing how bad this merger has gone It took an extra six months for the state of Connecticut to approve the merger Imagine how good this would have been had they had six less months to fix things     The worst app from the worst company
