Works well at being a video converting widget would give 5 stars except for the following nitpicky issues 1 Iconography is a little chunky and does not look well thought out This is true from the actions that can be performed in the main window pane and especially true when picking which video format to convert to icons have name of format embedded in them but it s small on a 27 imac and it leads one to have to read through the text descriptions of the formats This is not big problem except that the shear number of formats makes it harder to navigate 2 Searching through formats to convert to is too quick to make an assumption based on what you typed Would rather see it narrow down your choices as you type and then leave it to the user to pick one even if there is just one left either with a click or press of return 3 Checking the support pages and looking through the application I was only able to find the ability to convert to OGG audio and not to OGV Vorbis Video That seems like an odd omission but perhaps it is bound up in some GPL open source issue                 Compact application does a job well ColbyGK
